Our route takes us north towards the Great Central Road and our route to Uluru via Warburton. The road is less travelled than the Anne Beadell Highway and has mixed reports and unknown conditions. So with great trepidation we made a right turn and headed north along the Connie Sue Highway.

A video emerges from a special place.

Along the Connie Sue Highway we stopped off at Point Lilian. Here is a view of the road out. Yet another camp on our own in a place of quiet contemplation. We were stunned by the way the landscape through the Great Victoria Desert was humble but huge. We always felt small in this landscape of humble things.
