Tarot deck reset and cleansing for the last day of 2022

I have sorted my primary tarot deck back into default order to reset and clear it of off the old years vibes. Sorting the cards back to default order is my preferred way of cleansing the deck because it feels like you're physically removing any and all synchronicities, good or bad, from the deck as you bring the cards back to their default position. It's also a good opportunity to check the condition of each individual cards and to check that you aren't missing any cards. The only problem with this method is you have to do very lengthy and thorough shuffling sessions to bring your tarot deck back "online." I am going to do a celtic cross spread once the new year has passed to get an overview and guidance of where I stand in the new year and how best to move forward.
