Yesterday I made some cauliflower rice from scratch. 2 heads made 12 cups. Total cost was $2. Decided to try out my sister in laws vacuum sealer. It was pretty cool. I made sure it was dry before I started by washing it the day before. It took 3 minutes to grate coarsely. Forever to vacuum seal. I had know idea that it had that much moisture in it even though it was dry when dealing. Those bags are in the freezer, what's in the frig gets cooked tonight. Nope I'm not making mash cauliflower out of it. Going for something super tasty instead. Let me know what you do with yours. Fruit are ready for easy serving. Veggie trays for on the go. Lets not forget the meat, cheese and cracker tray made especially for JayBear❤️. Then we have salad with extra fixing on the side like salmon, chicken and yes bacon!!!! Who likes sesame shrimp bowls. We do. The other things to, you just have to come by and see. Its all nicely stacked and labeled in the frig for easy access. Bon appetite! This food will last for like 4-5 days.
