Natsu hummed lightly at the mention that she was okay. That was good. At least she wasn’t harmed. He places a hand over his injured shoulder, massaging it gently. He was going to need to be careful with it, but he was rarely careful. It was part of his nature after all.

“Juvia, don’t worry ‘bout it.” He offers her a smile, and shrugs. The action causes him to wince. “Hey. Did you see where they went?”

     It was not unusual for Natsu to get hurt. But it was unusual for an injury that had the appearance of being a superficial bruise to bother the slayer, or to cause any reaction in his composure. And that was the reason for that specific injury to caught her attention, who was watching him closely as him shuddered after shrugging. ❝ Hmm---? ❞ Juvia blinked, her concentration broken, which made her disoriented for a few seconds. A light pink pigment on the cheeks, a consequence generated by the offered smile. 

     ❝ Juvia saw them went down the street and turned left, Natsu-san. ❞ She answered his question, frowning in a discreet display of concern. ❝ Are you okay, Natsu-san? It seems your injury is bothering you.. ❞ Maybe poison she thought. Or some hability they couldn’t see?

How could she show her love for Gray if she could not make his favorite dish?

  Maybe he had won that challenge if that bet came earlier.           But that was not the case.

Juvia, I’ve always wondered this, but when it’s raining does someone make sure your okay? Like even if it’s just a normal storm they still check on you because they care.

 It was known to most people that were dear to her && that was near her that whenever something struck the female, or that her spirit fell for some reason, it used to be accompanied by rain. This fact haunted her for an eternity. Since the day she developed her magic traits. That rain. So gloomy. That damn rain, why did not it stop? 

She wondered about it for countless nights, calluses on her fingers as she sewed dolls, she no longer knew how many she had ever done. A sonele desire, said in a muffled sigh of despair.
