Below is more information on processes , refunds, and contact info!

I have the right to refuse work for any reason, even if not specified below.

Humanoids only

Complicated designs (mecha, armour, etc) may incur additional charges.

Communication:

Depending on the commission, there will be one to three check-in, all done through email. All must be approved before I continue the illustration.

The first will provide three compositions to choose from. Changes in pose and framing can be requested here.

The second will provide three colour palettes to choose from. Changes in colour and value can be made here.

The third will provide a (watermarked) preview of the finished piece. Small adjustments can be made here. Anything requiring more than 30min to fix will incur additional charges.

Payment:

I mainly work in PayPal, where I will send an invoice to be at least 50% paid before I begin work. If PayPal isn't an option, I will try my best to accommodate.

If a refund is requested before I begin work, then 100% of whatever was paid will be refunded. If I've already begun work, then a 25% refund of whatever was paid will be returned. If I've completed the piece and a refund is requested, then no refund will be applied.

What you get:

A 300dpi unwatermarked illustration, .PNG, sent via email.
