I am almost done with the artist residence for my custom hood, designed it like a flop house. I have multiple artist sims so I wanted to gather them under a residency. Still gotta build an art center where they can all (musicians, writers, painters, tailors etc.) use it to make money. I am super excited for further plans for the hood.

Welcome to Cove Apartments

I am slowly working on creating my custom city hood. This is one of the apartments that I have built. It has simple starter one bedroom apartments and a common laundry room. I couldn't wait to create the whole city to play in this lot so I am starting a new simple rotation that only includes the residents (creating the hood sometimes overwhelming as it is).

Also I am not sure about the asphalt floor so open to guidance. I didn't want to deal with landscaping but also couldn't figure out what to add
