I feel like everyone just ignores this dialogue. Like yes Steve had character development but he was a complete ass in the first season. Like he called Nancy a sl-t and said allll of this stuff to Jonathan and people still liked him LIKE HELLO?? HE IS SO WRONG THE FIRST LIKE TWO SEASONS i really can’t with him before season three. And the fact that Jonathan saved him in the finale really shows how much development his character needed for Jonathan to even tolerate him
