so i was around 73.3 3 days ago now i am 71.6kg, my new lw!
gonna track what i eat and how many cals i consume so i can be more disciplined
i ate 8 sushi rolls with some noodles - ~700
had some dessert - ~150
ps: i was gonna fast but they forced me to eat
burned: 434
gonna say my net is 450
i will try to fast as much as possible, if i get hungry, i will start doing christian bale diet
i have been fucking up my diet and i dont know my weight, i must be around 75kg

one tuna, one apple and black coffee
he lost 63 pounds (28kg) in 4 months
i dont have a proper diet atm, i am eating around 900-1300 everyday, some days i don't eat but it doesn't help

-compare yourself to others and be around people who enable ur ed
-never reward yourself with food
-get in the habit of eating less
-try to avoid thinking about eating or food
-get spicy or sour foods so you eat them slowly
-always offer to share w ur friends give away ur food
-dont tell anybody about anything
-keep a weight tracker app for motivation
-eat very small amounts of food somewhat frequently (3/day)
-no snacks more than 50 cals
-if u have a dog, offer to walk it so that u burn more
-romanticize small portions-always buy the smaller portion
-no sauce
-only diet / 0 cal liquids
-no food in your room
-if youre craving something, take a very small portion and eat it. make sure ur portion is <50 cals
-exercise every night. it doesn't matter if u dont want to-do chores around the house to burn cals inconspicuously
-walk everywhere that u can
-work out with your fat out. im not joking, its so motivating
-become a picky eater; dont eat crusts, dont eat pickles or tomatoes, pick everything that you can off so that u eat less

Fasting Tips
1- before starting a fast, don't binge or overeat. the next morning you wake up you will crave for more food and can make you struggle, even put you through binge/restrict cycle
2- from my experience my body starts to get exhausted after 36h of fasting so i usually drink a white monster (any zero cal drink can work) and have a rest a little.
3- if you get hungry too often, chew gum. trust me it works. lol if i didnt have gum with me i would be binging a lot
4- if someone is getting suspicious of you, just say im muslim, i have to fast or i ate when i went outside, i have sick stomach, i don't like the food, I'll eat later, i just had a huge breakfast etc.
5- if you can't do longer fasts, more than 36h, you can try omad, you get to eat one time a day, without calorie restrictions. i used to do omad, getting around 700-1000 calories and losing 0.5kg per day
6- you should break your fast when you; feel like you're going to pass out, sweating cold a lot or you feel something is wrong. it is not pushing your limits, if you have any of these, you are putting your body in serious danger. you shouldnt do longer fasts at the very beginning. gradually increase the hours.
Think about it, this could be you if you start now and put that fucking food down. Wake the fuck up! This months choices is next months body. No βIβll start tomorrowβ, start now unless you wanna be a fat cunt for the summer.
