2. what is your favorite thing about this ship?

I’m going to give two. the immense trust and respect they have for each other. the respect for boundaries and neil’s attention to andrew’s needs is great. and also, I love that they’re two major red flags that ended up being total green flags for each other

5. if this ship didn’t meet in canon, how do you imagine they would have met?

my fanfic brain would say while neil was on the run with his mother. my actual thought is somehow while neil was on the run post high school. they’d meet when neil is hitchhiking or running from someone and andrew just finds him and is like … do you need help? or something like that!

8. If this ship were animals (if they're not already), what animals would they be?

I know there’s the fandom opinion of neil being a fox, which I could definitely see! I will go with andrew’s comments of him being more like a raccoon or a rabbit tho haha. andrew is a cat to me, a pretty white cat that growls at everyone except his bonded pair, neil. tbh, I see both of them as very cat-like (in the stray cat kind of way)

my favorite version of JL meets the batfam are ones where clark and diana fully know what’s going on, the other JL members know nightwing, but no secret identities or that any others exist. just bruce and dick keeping everyone else in Gotham under wraps until it eventually comes out through Hijinks and Shenanigans or angst and pain scenarios.

I’ve written one shots within different alternate universes (different first meeting and raven!neil for example) and I was planning to write the in between to post as long fics but it’s not looking like that’ll happen anytime soon.

how should I post them?

wait and see if I’ll get the motivation to write it fully out
