I think that Taliesin realised immediately what/who was in that halfling coffin. His expressions? Bolaire is not upstairs, but Taliesin is already putting pieces together that the others don't have. And his face says that this is bad. If his suspicions are true, than this is very bad.

With this in mind it is also super painful to watch everybody else taking it somewhat lightly. Bolaire is terrified and nobody picks up on it or thinks to ask why/what about the box is so bad. And he keeps it together by a thread So Hard.

And knowing that this will continue whenever Termina comes up. Terrified Bolaire, people around him shrugging it off somewhat. More alone than ever. Right from the start.
