old okami fandom i need you. does anyone know whatever happened to the artist cactuspimp. he was real popular in the okami tumblr space back in like 2014-2015? drew a lot of waka. i was obsessed with his art back in the day and his blog's totally nuked and im just wondering if he rebranded or anything

The closest thing I've got is their Deviantart, which is under the name captainjohnson-b and the profile says their name is Lynn, and they're from Russia. However it seems they haven't been active on DA in 2-3 years. I'm at work and on mobile so I can't search further right now, but that's a cursory glance

Hellooooo everyone its been a while, i missed this blogs 5th birthday sadly which was in april u_u ive been thinking over this a lot and ive made the choice to archive this blog- it probably wont come as a surprise to many of u since my activity was spotty at best a year ago, and now im just.. virtually a dead blog. But i just wanted to give it some proper closure because this blog has been with me for so long haha… I still very much love okami but not enough to run a whole joke blog about it, and ive been here since i was a young teen, which is hard to think abt because I Will Not Be One soon..!!! but that also means im ready to move on from a joke i made many years ago. I will b archiving this blog soon on wordpress, because naturally im hesitant about erasing 5 years worth of content. I want people (aka me) to still b able to look back and see my posts, but i also dont want 2 keep it on my tumblr

I want to say its been really fun running this blog, somehow i got 1000 followers here which is surprising considering im not funny lol? So thank u to everyone for willingly putting my bad posts on ur dash… and a HUGE thank u to everyone who made similar “rpo okami” blogs, this joke would definitely have died a lot faster if it werent for u guys and uve been super funny in ur own right, and everyone ive talked to in dms has been so kind as well… u guys have made a really nice community which i appreciate So Much. Ik all of our blogs have been pretty inactive recently but i honestly truly hope u guys stay and enjoy making silly posts for years to come, i would feel sooo bad if i ended up killing everyone elses blogs along with mine haha. I really hope u guys can still have fun with each other even if the scene isnt quite as active as it was before. I think ive run out of things to say now, just a huge thank u again to everyone for the fun and i hope u enjoyed the ride :]
