Such TALENT -- ! Nana had been passing by the dance studio when she noticed the girl in the window. She had been intrigued by what she was doing, and before she knew it she had been standing there for a full FIFTEEN MINUTES just watching her dance. She was always so impressed by the talents of others, and she wanted people to know that she APPRECIATED what they gave to the world by simply using their own bodies. Once she finally caught the girl glance her way, she waved excitedly before erupting into a round of APPLAUSE.

Donât mind Nana -- she doesnât mean to STARE, but she finds Cereâs hair style so CUTE and she canât possibly even imagine what it would look like on her. It has to take an amazing amount of CONFIDENCE to be able to pull of something that unique so well!
But this will never change : all these differences in me, theyâre here because I want to keep smiling with you. I think thatâs our reason for living. I know I can do it as long as youâre here with me. I know that Iâll be able to keep living with a s m i l e.

â â â âHm~?â Rikuâs smile grew as he listened to her story, letting Sakurai finish before throwing his two cents in with a teasing grin, âSo you were set on Stride from the get go. Didnât expect you to be such a fanatic for it.â
Riku was lucky Sakurai hadnât mentioned who was in that video. Doing so may have ruined the mood entirely were Riku to learn it was the running of his brother that had inspired someone so dear to him. Thatâs not to say he and Sakurai were super close or anything, but the first year was hopeful for a change with that. Unfortunately Riku had long forgotten their promise as well as the sands of time wore down his happy memories of Stride. It was buried somewhere among those blonde locks, along with a plethora of other things the boy had forgotten. Riku was lucky to remember what he had for breakfast some days. Assuming Yakisoba buns were generally a safe betâeven if they were more of a lunch or evening meal.
âCanât say I felt anything pulling me here, it was just close to my house. Still, Iâm glad you came here and I got to meet you,â Riku beamed down at Sakurai, âI didnât know what to expect my first year at Honan, but I got to meet some pretty amazing people. You even got me to pick up running again.â
  I missed thatâŠÂ â |
Had she really been set on Stride -- ? Her father was the one who single-handedly brought Stride to FAME, but had her life always been so involved in it? Maybe on some level it had been. There had to be something that compelled her to watch that video that day, anyway. In the GRAND SCHEME of things, it didnât really matter, did it? She was at Honan now, working alongside Yagami-kun and all the others. Time to start focusing on their FUTURE and the End of Summer races -- !Â
Hearing that he was glad to meet her made her heart beat pick up -- He really made it seem like she had such an IMPACT upon him, but she wondered if he even knew how much of an impact he had had on HER. â Iâm glad I got to meet you too, Yagami-kun. â she told him, her smile never wavering. What would things be like if she and Fujiwara hadnât gotten him to be able to run again? â You seem HAPPY. â she admitted with a small nod. Like Stride was something that ran through is veins that he had been DEPRIVED of for some time. She obviously hadnât known him prior (or so she thought), but she imagined that he must be feeling LIGHTER.
â Which is all I could really ask for, if I was to be HONEST. â
      like this for a starter!
But this will never change : all these differences in me, theyâre here because I want to keep smiling with you. I think thatâs our reason for living. I know I can do it as long as youâre here with me. I know that Iâll be able to keep living with a s m i l e.

I love you. I canât remember when I fell in love with you but very naturally, I had fallen in love with you before I knew it.
Makoto Shinkai (via extramadness)
â€He smiles at her, but stares at the dirty relationer. He hated that they played that way. He keeps his hands on her shoulder. âYou okay? Did he hurt you?â He was very protective of people. He felt their emotions.Â
He felt angry that someone would talk to her like that. In many ways she was like his pupil. He taught her. He lets go of her shoulders. ââŠDid he threaten you? If so I can call the authorities and have him reprimanded.â He was very protective, which is why he was called the âmother hen.â He found himself liking the nickname.âą
Ah, perhaps now things were starting to get a little CARRIED AWAY. She felt a bit GUILTY that she had to be rescued, but she would appreciate his kindness either way. It had simply been someone spouting WEIGHTLESS threats. She hadnât been scared one way or another. If anything she felt a little bit PROUD to have made someone that worked up over how she outdid them in her relationing skills.
â Oh no, nothing like that. I wouldnât take it that FAR. â
It was better just to let bygones be bygones. If the other relationer wanted to carry out anything STUPID sheâd deal with it then. No need to WORRY.  â Iâm perfectly fine! His words donât mean anything to me so itâs no skin off my back. â
Toya: Then, why donât we go and meet your friends together? Amatsu: Ha!? We donât have time for that! Toya: Itâll only be for a bit. I owe Sakurai-san for helping me on the plane. And also, she called my Pontneuf-san cute. Amatsu: That mascot character? Thereâs no way that was a compliment. Nana: Ehh? Pontneuf-san is cute though! Amatsu: I donât care if itâs cute or not. Itâs not going to help me win matches.
Reiji was delighted to be told that he was kind. Most of the time, he felt that he wasnât as genuine as he wished to be â probably thanks to interacting with fans so often. But, this wasnât a fan. This was Honanâs relationer, Nana. What a kind-hearted person. He chuckled quietly to himself. âI would say that youâre the kind one for going out of your way to thank me, Sakurai-san. We respect your team as you all have respected us. So, we donât mind helping you out at all.â
Nana couldnât imagine what it must be like to be Suwa Reiji. Surrounded by SCREAMING girls wherever he went -- it must be HARD to stay humble, but from what Nana had seen he had done just that. â Ah, but if anything it feels like itâs not ENOUGH just to say thanks. â Her hands folded together behind her back, and she gave a small cant of her head. â If itâs possible the next time we meet Iâd like to do something for you -- or! If youâre not busy now -- â

Itâs a promise!
hi everyone!! sorry iâve been mia for a few days! itâs been a busy time      in work but now iâm officially on spring break! iâm going to work on      some more icons and catch up on some of the things iâve missed, but      then iâll be hitting up the replies! if you want my skype or anything just      let me know! iâm super up for chatting and plotting!
The girlâs words took Kyosuke by surprise, for he never expected that he will be able to inspire anyone to join stride just by running himself- seems he was wrong. However, the mention of the perfect relation linked back to Tomoe, and despite the fact that Nana wanted to keep the dialog as positive as possible a subtle sadness, present for barely a second, crossed the ashen glance of the senior before his usual calm and collected visage was back.
âIt was your decision to come here, though. Honan owes you a lot⊠You were the one to pull the club back together, werenât you?â
In a way it was funny, the one that took all the blame and protected the stride club in the KGB incident back then was also responsible for inspiring the transfer of the person that re-united the group. In a way Kuga had saved and protected the stride club more than once without the third year student even realizing it himself.
â Oh no, I definitely wouldnât put that all on me. â
Absolutely not. While Nana had helped in bringing Stride back to this school, sheâd never take any sort of CREDIT for that. Those who had kept the Stride club alive had been Hasekura-senpai, Kohinata-senpai, and the added shogi club member, Kadowaki-senpai. They had kept the DREAM alive, and it had been Fujiwara-kunâs insistence that brought Yagami-kun to the team as well. She probably would never think that she was the GLUE that held them all together.
â I just wanted to see the great Stride that had once been here. I was sad to see that the club wasnât what it had been, but I understand those reasons now. â She was sure talking about that incident couldnât have been PLEASANT, but she didnât want him to feel bad about them either. â Though, I love our team we have now and I wouldnât trade it for anything. Iâm happy youâve come back. â

Itâs coincidence that he find her here. Or perhaps itâs just unlucky. She seems absorbed in the small screen placed on her lap, concentration etched in tiny brows. Her stupid hair is smooth and shiny as it falls over her shoulders. Bitch. Himemiya closes the distance between them, remaining only a few steps away from her before he spoke.
âHonanâs relationerâŠâ It flows smoothly from his lips, expression blank.

She had been going over numbers on her own time, comparing relation times and trying to devise plans on how they could be IMPROVED. Nana was always thinking about Stride, it seemed, even when there were things going on in her personal life. She was so WRAPPED UP that she hardly heard someone approach her, but when he spoke she flinched out of her deep focus and glanced back over her shoulder to see who it was.Â
It was quite the SURPRISE to see the Princess of Ichijyokan there. â Ah -- youâre Himemiya-san, right -- ? â
