John dropping his boys off in the woods for a survival exercise. No supplies to their names but switchblades, a lighter and a steel water bottle.

The second he’s out of sight, they’re on each other in an instant, tackled into the brush, dry leaves and sharp twigs flying as they meet in a desperate kiss. Gasping into each others’ mouths, slick with spit and with their breaths forming white clouds between their faces.

“Fuck, fuck, fuck, baby- thought he’d never leave.” Dean slurs, grunting and groaning and gritting into the kiss as his cold hands scramble for purchase on Sam’s jacket.

Sam’s nose is singing from where Dean butted their heads and tree roots dig into his back, but he laughs, softly, their teeth clacking as he does. “We should probably- mm- look for- look for shelter, De.” He chuckles, speaking between each peck.

Dean laughs in turn, and Sam can feel the apples of his cheeks push out against his. Then, he grabs Sam’s face with both hands, grin sobering, and deepens their kiss to a wet twine of tongues.

Despite all logic, Sam finds himself thinking, ‘three days of survival in the wild won’t ever be long enough. They’d better make the most of it.’
