I rarely see anyone ever mention how there’s like no doubt Dean would be extremely homophobic towards Sam when they have sex. Just straight up degrading nasty foul slurs.

Dean does it because he finds himself in a position of authority and feels his manhood and Sam’s lack there of (also because of Sam’s attraction to men) makes his little brother less than a man.

the gadreel arc is a pretty clear metaphor for forced pregnancy : violation of sam's body - > sam not understanding what is happening to his body but feeling that something is wrong with him - > painful extraction of gadreel from his body. the arc includes dean gaslighting and lying about sam's symptoms, so that the angel will be able to fix sam (putting his own wishes higher than sam's autonomy). dean making that comment about sam being 'teen mom' just cements the metaphor for forced pregnancy.

also, sam's violation is textually sexualized. dean's comment about a demon and an angel walking into sam is a pretty on-the-nose metaphor for double penetration.

crowley calls sam 'sloppy seconds' : it refers to having sex with a woman who has just had (obviously unproteced) sex with another man and her vagina contains semen from a previous partner.

sam says gadreel 'left some of his grace' inside him. in this context, dean calling sam 'teen mom' can and should be taken as a metaphor for pregnancy from rape.

(you can tell dean shamelessly gets off thinking of his pregnant AND feminized brother).
