Congratulations Gaster, you broke everything you possibly could.
Oh man, I had so much fun with these panels–there’s callbacks to canon, my Gaster headcanons, and glitch effects I’ve been looking forward to doing for… literal years?? Yeah. Writing this type of scene was one of my first forays into writing fanfiction for Undertale–these are some of the headcanons I’ve held some version of the longest. They’re perhaps not all that unusual or outlandish, but, I’m glad I’m finally getting to share them.
Of course, they aren’t my only headcanons, and there’s more to the story–the next update arrives on August 6th!
I also have to give a special shoutout to @uselessundertalefacts, who pointed me towards resources for the code used in the last panel–this page wouldn’t have looked nearly as cool without her help! ^^
