#hi yeah i'm still alive but college is killing me & my drive to do art rn 😔 the grind is endless and animating doesnt feel fun either rn #gotta get through august and then my internship is over and then i'll have two weeks of peace which i'll spend in my bed probably #and then the next semester begins #and i did something stupid that i dont wanna talk about yet bc there's still some issues to sort out #but let's just say it's not a bad thing but it sure as hell wont be making my life any easier 🫩🫩🫩#also i'll talk abt my film some other time so the tldr for now is that it got delayed by a whole year but it wasnt bc of me for once #and we're over halfway through with the production with most of the rough animations done so there's still hope!#but ah well. i'm in internship hell rn and probably nearing my breaking point but as always the baby keeps me going 🖤#*personal #college hell

sorry for still not being on here much but we're about halfway through animated short film production (which im directing btw) and it's been hellish and busy and it'll keep being hellish and busy at least until may 🫠🫠🫠 so i'll continue to be dead for a while longer ✌️💀

time for the yearly post about various projects i make that i do not advertise enough because i'm haunted by the sense that nothing i do is very good:

i have a bunch of short comics on my website (still quite slow to load, i will try another fix for that at some point lol)

i have some written work on my itch.io page, and also a version of my ancient poetry robot, (but you can also find that robot here on tumblr with us)

i am in the process of making a longform comic, signal decay, and i have a free patreon where i'll resume posting updates at some point in the future lol. there were some setbacks this year so i really didn't get as much done as i hoped, but i'm getting back into it.

i also have a blog that's posting random detail shots of the garden of earthly delights. sometimes you're just compelled to make something.
