Why did you choose to wear this specific outfit today? Where do you get your inspiration from?
I just like the 90s good girl gone bad kind of look. I play the drums so I’m very into music. I’m not in a band yet but I’m just jammin’ now. I’m inspired by music and bands like The Grits, HoneyBloods, Talking Heads, John Jett, The Black Hearts, and the Yeah Yeahs.
Is there anything that you are wearing that holds a special meaning or memory for you?
Not really what I’m wearing today. Usually I wear my leather jacket with my fringes on it but I left it at a friends. It has all my badges on it. So that means something to me. I get most of my clothing from second hand stores. I love a good bargain.
What does identity mean to you?
It’s who you are. Everyone is different. You can tell a lot about a person by what they wear or what they listen to. It’s like their personality being shown through what they wear.
How did your style develop into who you are today?
I used to wear vintage clothing a lot when I was 17 and I still do now that I’m 20.
What do you think your style says about who you are?
Not really who I am as a person but like what I’m into. *laughs* I try to be good, I’m not an actual bad girl but I just like the kind of look.
