Experiment with your pasta cooking time.

I KNOW, I know, it says 12 minutes al dente.

But they’re lying.

If you really want the best pasta experience, and I mean the best you need to experiment.

Some brands, the good quality stuff, it’s on point. But the cheaper brands don’t know what they’re talking about. San Remo, I take 4 minutes off the recommended cooking time. Sometimes 5. The residual heat will bring it to that al dente.

And if you don’t eat pasta in that perfect, slightly firm form…please try it at least once
