Fall is usually my favorite season, but damn if it hasn’t hit me hard with a surprise punch to the gut. I’m trying so hard not to spiral...trying not to drown beneath all the memories with sharp edges. I don’t know what the shore will look like once my head stops going under water...but i hope that when i am able to surface i recognize the land. 

And yet even as i suffocate i wonder how hes doing....
