This is my attempt at vegan cabbage. I call it loaded Italian ranch cabbage. It has Italian dressing, green peppers and onions. So good

100 Days of Productivity - Day 88/100

January 4th, 2018

I actually got quite a lot done today! Before work (at like 3am in the morning because I couldn’t sleep) I did some annotations of Jane Eyre. I then did some creative writing planning which is always fun. After a good day at work, I sat down and started + finished Turtles All The Way Down in one 5 hour sitting. It is now 1am and I am an emotional wreck. Yay for depressingly beautiful John Green books!
