spent the weekend studying in cafes and taking long walks because it’s been warmer outside than inside my house. enjoyed a bit of sunshine because this spring has been very cold and even though the days are longer, it doesn’t really feel like summer is coming.

today was the first day going back to studying, and it went quite well. I had some verb related exercises to do left from my last class back in August and I finished them, as well as worked in the unit's vocab and text. Took around 2h and it felt quite good to be back!

Had a bit of a rough morning tho, I wanted to go study at a library, and I have a small neighborhood one close by, and then the main city center one. Well, when I tell you every single table in both of them was busy :'D Ended up going back home to study, but to not leave empty-handed I found Little Women in easy Finnish and I couldn't resist. Will see if I'm able to read it!

Really wanted to get to a nice studying routine but got a bit sick at the end of the day (and since I'm writing this from the future, can confirm I got a cold :D) so that kinda messed my plans and motivation a bit, but hopefully it won't last long 🥲

More summer reminiscing: I built that London lego set sometime in July! Quite the addition to my shelf!! The reads are Hour of the Witch by Chris Bohjalian and the other is SOTB, WOTS by Murakami. Both quite solemn reads, honestly. Logged my thoughts down on my reading journal and felt pensive about them all over again.

Throwback to when nature was a bit greener than now. Only three weeks between the right picture and today and the world feels different. The green is gone and it's getting cold.

I'm quite busy at work but that's normal for this time of the year. Still feeling a bit off but working on it.

Today I wrote my last final exam, and my first year of law school has come to a close. I’m so filled with love and joy and hope I barely know what to do with myself. Cheers to the open road ahead.
