My final stage makeup application and costume! I need to make a dnd character based on this💕
Getting my final makeup look together! so excited for this but also nervous for finals week 🙈
This theatrical beauty was toned down so much from my normal stage makeup
Beginning of the semester I had to study my face in depth to complete a Theatrical contour makeup. I totally struggle with applying the make up darker
Took a break from stress and study with some friends to celebrate one of them passing a huge exam! So proud of her!
Reminder though that nothing is more important that take care of your mental state and understanding the most effective ways to give yourself rest. For me that is making soup and this time I got to make soup in a cast iron cauldron over a fire (I love to cook)
Im taking a theatrical makeup class and this has been my favorite design all semester
Hello!
I figured life out and how to be a productive student, at least for me personally, and I finally have a dragons hoard of info to share! So all of that is to follow and I hopefully can be helpful to others struggling
Spring 2020
Going to actually work on my notes and uploading my project work to have a digital portfollio of my school work.
Loving my new aesthetic for my first year of Theater 💕
So ready for Uni classes and getting to study something I actually like
Registered at PFW today! On my way to being a Theater Major

someone: i don't know, philosophers are kinda pretentious
me, lounging on a couch with wine in one hand and a well-worn, century-old greek copy of plato in the other, daintily munching on leibniz butter biscuits as i daydream about being transported into 19th century germany and debating the philosophers who shaped the future in which we now live, brilliant and slightly disdainful of the world around me: why ever would you say that

Starting out IB effectively
1. Mentally prepared! It might start easy but don't let that fool you. Decide on an average motivation level and try to stick with it consistently, this will help later on in the year because you will be so used to motivating yourself to work
2. Supplies!!! My personal favorite part of school. During my IB I color co-ordinated my subjects e.g. English=purple History=blue etc... and then I took colored pens into my exam as subtle unconscious reminders
3. Notes in class make rough notes that are legible but always always always make time to re-write them. The sooner the better too. You will be so thankful to nice and specific notes
4. Know the Syllabus Get a copy early and make a check list of all the topics, hang it up somewhere very easily seen and through out the year check off what you learn in class. It is helpful to keep track of what you know.
5. Know what you know. Don't ever stress about what you don't know or haven't learnt that will only create more stress. If its something simply take a breath and use the google or look back through your notes.
6. Find your outlets. Play sports, meditate, yoga, video games, shopping, having a pet literally anything that gets you away from work and moving around being active is a good outlet. Most health Doctors suggest 30 mins of physical activity a day helps keep you mind and body healthy
7. Enjoy your time the time will fly by I promise. I recently Graduated and Im constantly looking back at the time I spent with my friends but I also recite random facts I learned during my time.
'Life always goes on, the IB is something you should take one day at a time though do what you can today to make tomorrow that much easier.' a.c.s
