21 Early Days - Day 1
I slept five hours ago. I just got up 15mins after 4:30am and after hitting that alarm.
I am groggy from the lack of sun and the lack of sleep. I need more of that sleep but I am thinking if this is a suitable habit for me.
Oh well, I do hope this new project is for me.
UPDATE 16th July 2015: I did this for a month hitting 95% of the target time to wake up. What I learned from this challenge is that waking up early as fuck will give you so many time in the morning to do whatever you want. The problem that comes with this is knowing what to do with your time. If you have nothing productive to do, that'll be a waste of precious time. Coffee is a friend. I had so much room for working out during the early times of the day. My mind seems more into creating and imagining things. My brain seems hardwired for this in the early mornings. I got a good habit of planning so much ahead which yielded a good effect on my daily scheduling. I stopped this project when I started a 2-week vacation. After which it was already hard to get back to for reasons I still dont know. But now that I'm updating this experience I may have a go in reliving this habit once more and may I stick with it for long. The benefits of the project outweighs the sacrifice you have to make to do this.
