unethical nonmonogamy where god is the third
This is the plot of Harrow the Ninth
I’ve seen people say that the main/only flaw of the Project Hail Mary book is the pacing, and that Grace’s science monologues took them out of it a bit or were hard to understand. I actually completely disagree. I wish the book had been twice as long so I could have gotten a detailed description of everything that happened after Grace and Rocky reunited. I want to read his reports/info that he included with the beetles. I wanted him to give me every page of those papers he said he should be writing (I know he wouldn’t have gotten a chance to write/finish them but still, gimme!).
The last chapter or two of the book would have been able to be an entire book by themselves, and while I get why that time was excluded, I really want to read it anyway.
The underlying story of bones for about 7 seasons is lance sweets slowly losing his mind has as he tries to provide therapy services to the 2 most therapy-adverse people on the planet who combined have the emotional intelligence of an oak tree
And then he fucking dies.
My brain has been nonstop singing “Ornithopter, ornithopter” to the tune of that stupid helicopter helicopter meme and I’m just picturing a person spinning around in circles while also flapping their arms in like quadruple speed and I’m dying 😂
Yes I’m listening to the Dune audiobook, why do you ask?
I love the Everlasting
Owen: She is a virgin saint, in her innocence she does not not even comprehend that I may desire her
Una: * wants to rearrange this man's guts to the point she has to take a walk *

just a reminder that this blog is run by someone who:

New look at the Mandalorian and Grogu
what a c**ty pose. I love it. Din won't be playing around in this movie
Yeah sure no big deal, I’ll complete these ultimately useless grad school assignments after watching a man get murdered by ICE “agents” for helping someone getting brutalized by those same “agents”.
Yep, it’s fine. This is sustainable.
How are we supposed to go on like this? The people in charge are literally lying and pretending this government sanctioned kidnapping and murder is a good thing, and people are eating it up.
I hate it here.
If you're trying to get your friends to read The Everlasting by Alix E. Harrow, I recommend pitching it as "Milo from Atlantis and Brienne of Tarth are stuck in a sometimes sexy time loop." Weirdly hasn't missed yet.
I need to remember this
They’re not a throuple but they’re definitely something.
Why is this also Shallan, Kaladin, and Adolin 😂
the way trump is talking abt hillary makes him sound like a scorned lover lmao what if monica wasn’t bill’s only side bitch??
you gotta be fucking kidding me
“Several years after the war, during the mid-afternoon hour I generally put aside to fantasize about setting fire to my manuscript and disappearing into the countryside to raise goats, I received a book in the post.
This was not, in itself, remarkable; most members of the Cantford College Department of History received so many books in the post that their offices had been overtaken by a series of architecturally unsound towers, which would collapse if anyone exhaled too aggressively in their presence.
But this particular book was different, because this particular book did not—according to every archaeologist, historian, medievalist, linguist, antiquarian, archivist, and even most of the conspiracy theorists I had ever consulted—exist.”
