the writing this season is just chef’s kiss. the way they are highlighting percy’s fatal flaw in everything he does or say, and even introducing annabeth’s fatal flaw in her wanting to think six steps ahead, to outrun even fate itself. the way they are developing a character like clarisse who never had much space in the books, and all the changes to the story that makes so much sense here because the whole discourse about human choices is actually the core of this story, how a small choice can derail the whole quest or save it, and how the sum of all those small choices will eventually decide the fate of the world. because this is a story about humanity, in a world dominated by gods. writers i am kissing you on the forehead right now.

Its not xenophobia, its racism, and it being justified still does not make it acceptable.

It makes me sad because i genuinely liked how Cameron touched this subject that the most unreasonable suffering in war are from children, teens, and mothers, in so much ways. They are the ones that are dying and suffering the most in the past 2 movies. ( It broke my heart when rda killed that mother tulkun and her baby could just die too soon of heartbreak).
