Suou is a sweet boy. Although shyness around you can stop him from really laying the Knight (tm) in shining armor role thick, he’s always there when you need it. He intends to keep it that way, so when he sees you standing around, clearly not in the brightest of spirits, half heartedly going through your phone, mindlessly fingering around your pockets he simply has to intervene.
He’d likely startle you (hours of choreography has taught him to be light on his feet better than any of his family’s social grace teachings) when he taps your shoulder and calls your name. The sweetest hitch to the last questioning syllable, it’s so sincere you instinctively feel bad for the bitter aura you were just omitting.
He wouldn’t pry, but unless it’s something you’re dead set on keeping to yourself that’s bothering you he’s naturally making you comfortable enough to spit it out. His big purple eyes just react so in tune to how you’re feeling about everything as you tell him, it’s just hard not to go on. (Even if it is something you know he can’t relate to with his background lol)
When he knows you feel a bit better he’s gonna hug you, honestly going in for it pretty quick because he’s honestly scared to do it and get rejected himself so he just wills himself to go for it😭 When you relax in his hold, he’s smiling wobbly over your shoulder and squeezing just a bit more.
He smells sweet and feels warm you don’t even want to pull away but you both do naturally to avoid awkwardness, it might seem passable as friendly support on the outside but you guys both felt sparks, just small enough to be hesitant if the other did too but far too big to ignore❣️
