Hello friends and passerby. I am a 3D animator and CG artist fresh out of college. I will largely be posting animations and 3D art inspiration. Keep a watch out for some of my own Animations and artwork as well. Enjoy! ________________________________________ PROJECT ALERT: The Story of Sun and Moon: I'm working on a story based on my last animation "Sun and Moon." My goal is to make it a multimedia project, part animation, part written story, part illustration. Now begins the writing process. I've got lots of plot in mind but I am not sure of how long the story will ultimately be. I've created a writing goal and we'll see how far that gets me. Expect some illustration and snippets of text as I develop the story. Word Count Tracker:

Oh. My. God. Middle of this video there is some epic use of gradients and spheres to create the illusion of line. Never would I have thought to do that. A lot of color and pattern usage more so than clear line; something I could learn from.
A Bit of repetition with an earlier posted video, But there is a nice variety of concept and design in this reel. And as always, I am so attracted to lots of color.
This one stands out to me because its the environment that really makes it more so than the actual product. The environment is interesting and it makes the product stand out. . Love it.
Animated GIFS - New Fubiz 2015 from Fubiz TV on Vimeo.
I love this so much. I know google often does animations with its logo, but somehow this really stood out to me. It makes me want to do something like this.
Another for the Animation to do list - animated logo loop.
There has to be a name for this kind of animation. Where there is a central form and the environment changes and the makeup of the form changes but in essence the composition remains the same...
Anyway, I’m a big fan of this one. I like that it breaks away from the composition for a bit then brings it back. Its colorful and fun, and has great variety.
I’ll add this to my animation to do list - The central form animation.
I like the behind the scenes more than the actual video I think. Its fascinating to see how they did it. Also I think the music choice and video syncing is almost better here. Maybe I’m biased because I watched this first. I’ll let you decide. The actual video should be posted later today.
I’m fascinated by the way everything is made up with simple shapes that brush onto and off of screen. I love the fluidity of it, and it makes for compelling transitions between subject matter.
Okay the animation is nice and smooth though nothing really stands out to me. I’m actually pretty interested in the content of the video. Something to look into.
