Happy Pride Month 🦄
I wanted to talk to all of the guys in this platform about pride month, about my pride month.
I'm bi. I've come to the conclusion that I liked girls many years ago, when, at the age of 12, I understood that I loved my best friend. And I felt so out of place, I wanted to hug her, to kiss her, I wanted the whole world to know how amazing it was the feeling I got when I was with her. But I had to face some horrible things: first of all, she didn't like me back, and in the second place liking girls isn't ok.
When at 16 y. o. I fell in love with a boy, i felt relieved. I don't like girls, I thought, I'm ok. Years passed and I felt so guilty for never ever thinking about my sexuality. I just thought about what my family would have thought if I ever came to love a girl, and I felt lucky. Because, yes, I liked boys. That was it until 2017. I broke up with my boyfriend after 2 years of love and came to the realization that I did love boys, but in the same way I also loved girls.
In the last year I loved a beautiful girl and, even if it lasted few months, I still think of her as one important part of my life because as I helped her with her coming out (she's mtf and I still support her a lot) she helped me with mine.
It's been a year now, I have an amazing boyfriend whom I love very deeply, and I know he's the right person for me. But not because he's a boy.
Happy pride month, fellows.
Never be afraid to love who you love and to be who you truly are.
Little funny story: when I was 14 I came out to my little niece, she was 11, and at that time we always watched Glee togheter. I didn't tell her much, just that I was in love with a girl, and she gave me a letter where she wrote what she loved about me. In one sentence she wrote "You're a Lebanese just like Santana and I love you" and it still melt my heart. The people that counts will still love you as always.

I turned to a friend for comfort, and instead I found everything that I’ve ever been looking for my whole life.

I wonder what Christian meme groups are like. I mean some Christians have the biggest victim complexes in the world and if you couple that with first person perspective memes, you’d probably get memes like:
Oh thank fuck it is my time to shine
These are all from a Christian meme group that I joined for some reason but fell in love with
“They robbed us of Lance’s bi arc! 😤”
He’s fucking straight, Jan.
reblog if you’re not afraid to have a picture of god in your blog
I almost scrolled past this but Shaggy possessed me briefly and that near-death experience was enough to convince me to reblog
If we’re bringing back the citrus scale can we also bring back terms like notp and crack ship instead of sending people death threats for ships you don’t like
And squick instead of labeling everything you dislike a trigger.
I’m so glad I’m alive to read these headlines
He was good looking at the time. That’s how he lured so many of his victims.
I don’t personally find him attractive, but he was considered a handsome man.
Stop trying to erase that fact. We need to acknowledge that Bundy was considered attractive. We need to stop trying to enforce the “all serial killers are hideous, basement dwelling creeps” stereotype. It is dangerous. Bundy was attractive by their standards and was extremely charming. That made him dangerous. It shows that ANYONE can be a serial killer. They don’t have to be some ugly, specific type of creep.
“DON’T MAKE TED BUNDY HOT! THAT’S PROBLEMATIC!!!”
Coming from the site that was so thirsty over Hannibal, another very real serial killer, that they were left suffering from dehydration after every episode.
