Hey, I hope it's okay I replied to this, and I hope my answers help you in some way!

1. Since technically for the Asian Preliminaries, everyone, with the exception of New Inazuma Japan, were aliens; I think that the goo was just from them in their nonhuman/real selves! Since Storm Wolf revealed who they were on field in the end, I figure that Fire Dragon had done the same thing before they were transported away. Also, I think you can consider them safe -- since the black hole got killed in the end, I bet everyone could've just stayed on their original planets without having them overrun by others.

2. In the game, it showed his azur enveloping him, and that's when the streaks popped on - so I think it was just something ~magical~ that happened, when 'he released the blackness in his heart that was like a black hole.' (I doubt the blue is his 'real self's hair too, I think it was just there for dramatics -- to show in real that he was different from before.)

3. I'm gonna assume he's still up for that 'I'm gonna carve soccer into the universe' thing, since it was shown he went onto that huge spaceship (which i believed previously belonged to Ixal Fleet), so I bet he's off somewhere to go teach some soccer to some other poor souls owo
