Romantic and sexual kisses between people of the same sex wasn’t really allowed in Old Hollywood. Women typically kissed as a sign of friendship or if they were family while men kissed for comedic effect or before death. Regardless of the reason behind them, the fact that these existed in a time of heavy film censorship is lovely 💕
