Potty train a dog
Cut string cheese or lean meat like chicken breast into small pieces.
Choose a potty spot in the yard, use a big stone, a tree, a post or bush. Somewhere you will remember. Bring pup to this same spot every time you take him out.
Save a paper towel which was used to wipe up pee and wipe it on the potty spot. Keep a small piece of poop, 1 to2” is all you need. Put it at the potty spot too.
Take pup out every hour on leash to the potty spot.
Once pup goes in the right place. Give her a treat and praise.
Another tip would be just using one single word. I have seen a lot of people speak in full sentences to their dogs and expect them to understand the whole conversation. They never do. They always pick up on key words that they know and the rest goes out he window. Just say their name to get their attention, when they look at you say come, sit, down, off, leave it etc. and this will increase their chance of understanding you.
