Kieron was right, of course.

The WicDiv specials covered a lot of subtle yet necessary information to the current recurrence.

A pattern can be seen in every recurrence (shown) down to the flashback (notice the chair/throne) and the final page of the latest issue.

I reread the 1831 special after seeing the writer’s notes on issue 42. Yes, Kieron was right about missed cues about Inanna, but also I noticed something else I completely overlooked. The reaction to Persephone being pregnant led me to believe that if a child were born to a current god it would effect the recurrence in some way or cancel it altogether, but in 1831 it was revealed that Woden gave birth to not one, but three children (at separate times) only to find each one dead in their cribs. Is it possible that Inanna somehow drew her god powers/status from Woden’s children, or was it a reward for her dealing with the children? Also, l literally slapped my forehead at the “NOT ENOUGH” comment.... 🤦🏻‍♂️ I cannot wait for the final writer’s notes for the series.

I really enjoy seeing more of the Fan(antics) point of view. The series kinda steered away from that when Laura became Percephone. Man, I am going to miss this series when it is done.

In “My Lucky Stars” (1986), to enter a Japanese amusement park, Jackie Chan dressed up like the little girl robot Arale from a Japanese comic and even had a sword fight in the costume. 

Jackie Chan and comic artist Akira Toryama (best known for Dragon Ball) were fans of each other and met in 1986.
