Hello, since I'm no longer stuck out in the wilds or at active threat of being thrown to the wilds and I currently have a moment alone I figured I should make a proper pinned post!!
My name is Aiko, I am 15 years old, and I am currently being allowed to reside with the Pearl Clan
I plan to use this blog on my phone(?? it looks different than before??) as a way to document what happens to me, alongside a journal I am keeping since I think having two places to keep notes makes me less likely to lose them
Anyways
I fell from the rift to here. Well not here as in the Pearl Clan, I fell near Jubilife Village but I didn't pass their trial so they didn't let me stay
Either way, I fell from the rift.
I don't remember much but I remember enough that I am not from a place called Hisui nor am I from the time period I am currently in
Also?? A blinding light told me to "seek all pokemon"?? So I suppose I at least have that goal
Irida thinks it means I need to learn about all the pokemon Hisui has to offer and thinks that the blinding light may have been the almighty Sinnoh
Oh!! And my current only pokemon is a bidoof I have dubbed Maru and a shinx named Hoshi

The Game-plan or Whatever
Our darling blogger will be going through the events of Legends Arceus HOWEVER this is more of an AU as we will be diverging from how the game goes about the plot
Like pretty hard because I don't want the indigenous characters (The Diamond and Pearl Clans) to go running to the colonizers (The Galaxy Team) for help every time something happens
I will also be basing some stuff off of the real life culture and people (the Ainu) that the Diamond and Pearl Clans are based on, alongside some of my own concepts
So, everyone be normal about indigenous people or I'm blowing this place up
But yeah we are gonna be diverging away from how the canon plot plays out pretty quickly, so again don't expect the exact same plot beats
Also I plan to space out the events way more than they are in canon, both to allow the characters some breathing room and also because this is still meant to be a chill thing for me so I don't want to be stressing about "deadlines" or anything
And also so I can more easily delve into daily life in-between important plot stuff
I gotta figure out a name for her... I would post a photo of her but she seems really timid and I don't think waving a strange object around her would be good
