every time i am in a psychiatric setting talking about my mental health i feel like i have to pull a series of combo moves in order to both a) get the result i want from the session and b) not get the wonderful gift of grippy socks

#i am the best at psychiatry i navigate it so well i come across as so stable #today's goal was to get one step further in my transition with the gender care team here #two more sessions and i will finally be referred to. checks notes. hormone therapy. that i've already been on for a year and a half #sigh #i get they need to do things by the book but come the fuck on man i literally just want my goddamn surgeries #me tag
