In a time where everyone is so anxious and in rush, it’s important to be patient with yourself. Everyone wants everything to happen right now and that’s just not how life works. Pace yourself. Life is a marathon, not a race.
This generation feels the need to share everything with everyone, all the time. It’s a little weird to be honest.
I still find value in privacy, secrecy and mystery. I don’t think people I barley know or talk to should know what’s going on with me at every moment. I share when I want, and disappear when I want. I’m that bitch in real life.
Amal Clooney
the perfect embodiment of feminine & masculine energy.
Feminine in her mannerisms and how she presents herself but rightfully masculine in her career, Amal Clooney is a beautiful representation of what it means to balance your feminine and masculine energy.
who is she?
Amal Clooney, now 44 years old, is an international lawyer, human rights activist, mother, and wife to the famous George Clooney. When she’s not representing powerful clients before international courts, she is advising political governments and individuals on legal issues. She is a brilliant woman known for her high profile cases, accomplishments, husband, and fashion. She is described as “a brilliant legal mind” and “knows her brief inside out”. Her accolades make her the ideal role model and inspiration for young women.
her background
Amal is a Lebanese-British lawyer and activist specializing in international law and human rights. She was raised in England by her educated father and entrepreneurial mother. Following high school, she studied at Oxford University and graduated with her bachelor’s before attending New York University of Law where she got her Master of Law degree.
influenced by strong women
Amal is a product of her environment. As mentioned, she was raised by an entrepreneurial mother. Her mother, Baria Alamuddin, is an award winning journalist. Baria has interviewed some of the most notable and prominent figures in the world. Amal’s mother and grandmother both are strong supporters of women empowerment and education which you can see in Amal’s philanthropic work. Another example of being influenced by strong women is when she worked in the office of Sonia Sotomayor, the first woman of color and Latina to serve on the supreme court. She even had the pleasure of working with the judge for the United States Court of Appeals and a NYU Law faculty member. It’s obvious that Amal was fortunate enough to have examples of strong and powerful women not only in her home but in the workplace.
personality
I admire Amal for her intelligence, wit, and ability to keep most of her personal life private. Not much is said about her private life, but colleagues have mentioned that Amal has a ‘commanding presence”. This is obvious when watching her interviews — her energy fills the room. She never overshares or says more than necessary, but when she does speak it’s worth listening to. As you probably guessed, she is an intelligent woman. Fluent in English, French and Arabic. Her cleverness and well articulated speeches immediately captivates those around her.
love life
One person who was captivated by her mind is her husband George Clooney. In the world of law, she was already a celebrity but became one in the literal sense when she became involved with the well known bachelor, George Clooney. George had a long history of dating gorgeous, famous women but never settled down. He even publicly said he would never get married... this was until he met Amal in July of 2013, in Lake Como Italy.
Similar to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the two met through a mutual friend. This is why your connections, network, and personal brand matters — those can open more doors for you than a dating app can. While most women would fall at the feet of George, Amal didn’t. In fact, he chased her for months before they became serious. He claims he fell for her because of intelligence and personality, but I assume the chase also had a huge impact. Amal is highly intelligent and understands seduction. She knows if she were like every other woman, she would get treated like every other woman. Instead, she stayed committed to her career and mission while making time for him when she could.
In 2014, the two love birds became engaged only after a year of dating. The Clooney’s were married in Sept of 2014 by no other than the former mayor of Rome. Their beautiful multi-million dollar wedding was in Venice, Italy and was one to remember. After they said “I do”, the couple moved to a multimillion-dollar estate built on a small island in London before having their twins in 2017. Together the couple committed to philanthropic work for women’s and human’s rights. It’s rumored that they’ve donated over $22M to a variety of charities. In 2016, her and George Clooney founded Clooney Foundation for Justice. She has partnered with several other charities, such as Aurora Humanitarian Initiative, and has her own scholarship program to send young girls to college.
awards & achievements
I would love to end this off not talking about Amal’s love life but the amazing things she’s accomplished. Her list of her achievements and awards are way too long to cover so I’ll mention the few I thought were most notable. Amal was awarded the most fascinating person in 2014, the World Economic Forum’s 2016 Young Global Leader, and Time magazine’s Woman of the Year in 2022. Her fight for human rights has made her a noble activist, leader, and role model. She uses her celebrity status to shed light on political issues that may have otherwise been thrown under the rug.
Amal has shown us that you can be a feminine family woman while being successful at your career. Her brilliant mind has captivated the red carpet, magazines, and one of Hollywood’s best actors. Amal is an inspiring mother, wife, and activists. Her poise, style, and grace are just a few elements to her feminine charm. Her healthy balance of masculine energy is portrayed in her ability to relentlessly peruse her career, fight for meaningful causes, and excel in a highly competitive field.

Validate for yourself
You don’t need likes, comments, or shares to confirm your brilliance. You don’t need numbers to tell you who you are. Validate your damn self.
Validation is the drug of the digital age. Everyone wants to be seen, applauded, and approved before they’ve even mastered their craft. The moment you depend on metrics to define your worth, you hand your power to the masses. And the masses are always late. They don’t recognize genius until it’s already in museums, until the creator is gone, or the idea has reshaped their world without their consent.
The problem today is people wait for social media to tell them what’s “cool.” They create for approval instead of expression. But true taste doesn’t seek applause.
Cultivating art, style, or thought independent of external validation is a discipline. It’s the essence of originality. You must be willing to be misunderstood. You must be willing to be early and let the world catch up. That’s what separates pioneers from followers.
When you produce something (a piece of writing, a visual, a sound) love it for the sake of loving it. Let it exist as proof of your vision, not your need to be seen.
The world will understand when it’s ready.
Vincent van Gogh sold only one painting in his lifetime. He died believing he failed. Yet today, his name defines artistic madness and genius.
Emily Dickinson wrote nearly 1,800 poems and kept them hidden, publishing only a handful while alive. Now, her words are studied as gospel in literature.
These were not creators who lacked validation. They lacked audience. And still, they created. Because real artists understand the world’s recognition is not the proof of your genius. The work itself is.
That’s why self-validation is sacred.
You cannot measure truth through public taste. The masses don’t know what they like until it’s shoved down their throats, branded, and sold back to them.
Look at what you produce as artifacts not content
Stop calling what you make content. That word cheapens creation. Look at what you produce as artifacts, not trends.
An artifact is evidence: something left behind that symbolizes your mind, your power, your consciousness. It’s the residue of your intellect. It’s what future generations will study to understand who you were and what you believed in.
When you start creating from that perspective, you stop chasing attention and start building archives. Every photo, every idea, every product becomes a symbol: a mirror of your mind, not your marketing.
Do this for yourself, and let the world admire you later.
Genius Doesn’t Compete with Algorithms
Put out the work. Release the art. Share the sound. But do it from a place of creativity, not desperation. Don’t chase algorithmic favor. You are not here to game systems. You are here to cultivate taste and lead thought.
Treat what you produce like something that will one day sit in a museum — a relic of a time when someone dared to think differently. Ensure it’s a complete reflection of your genius, not a diluted version built to please screens.
Do this for yourself.
For the love of the work. For the legacy your name will carry long after you’re gone. Let the world admire you later, when they finally catch up.
One of the Best Examples of Leveling Up
It’s simple. It all boils down to:
Proximity
High Sense of Self Worth
Ambition
Improved Social Circle
Eve has come such a long way. In the past she used to associate with low value people (low value in spirit) and lived a rough lifestyle. She suffered a miscarriage in 2003. Her ex did revenge 🌽 on her by leaking their private sex tape. She has overcome a drug addiction. Now she is married to Maximilion Cooper and they share a son together. Notice she is sitting at the head of the table in the last picture—she is respected amongst his family and presumably his peers as well. There’s a belief that suggests a woman with a raunchy past can’t truly level up and become attractive to better quality people. Let Eve prove otherwise.
Lately, I’ve been hiding in the place of prayer, and I’ve never felt more seen.
There’s a joy I’ve been soaking in... the kind that only flows from heaven. Quiet & Lasting.
I’ve been making an effort to keep rhythm with grace throughout my day: 🌿 The Angelus at noon, 🌿 The Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3 p.m., 🌿 A hymn on my lips after morning prayer, 🌿 A decade of the Rosary after soaking in Scripture—especially the Psalms and Gospel. 🌿 Evening Masses on weekdays. 🌿 Morning Mass on Sundays.
Each moment in prayer doesn’t just lift me, it grounds me. It’s been restoring my calm, anchoring my heart, and giving me courage and wisdom in places I once felt unsure. There’s a strength in stillness I’m beginning to understand.
I’m learning that the presence of God is not always loud or dramatic, sometimes, it’s in the gentle consistency of a life turned upward. And in that place, I am safe. I am guided. I am full.
I hadn’t gone for a run since February. Then out of the blue, a friend texted me. No long talk, no buildup, just that. And honestly, I felt so blessed.
Blessed to have friends who share my rhythms, who pull me back into the things I love when I’ve drifted. Friends who feed me as I feed them, in energy, in presence, in spirit.
The run was everything I didn’t know I needed. The wind. The burn. The ache in my thighs. The quiet clarity that always comes after. It reminded me how alive I am.
Grateful for movement. Grateful for health. Grateful for friendships that feel like gentle nudges back to myself. Grateful for joy.
One quiet, intentional habit that’s been making me feel so present and deeply womanly is the way I plate my food.
I rarely order out, and when I do, I never eat from plastic containers or with disposable cutlery. Whether it’s a meal I made from scratch or takeout, I always transfer it onto my ceramic plates, with my stainless gold cutlery beside it. I pour myself a glass of water (or wine), always with ice and a slice of lemon. No rush. Just presence.
This simple act grounds me. It reminds me that I deserve softness, even in the ordinary. I deserve beauty in my day, even in the quietest moments. There’s something sacred about choosing not to settle—even in how I eat. It’s not about being fancy. It’s about being intentional.
I’ve noticed that I enjoy my meals more. I feel cared for—by me. And that, to me, is womanhood: creating beauty, choosing presence, and giving yourself the best experience… always.

summer is here, school is over and you have way too much free time on your hands. so unless you want to spend your whole days with your eyes locked on a screen, here's an in- depth guide on what to do this summer, or whenever!!
learn a new language - trust me, speaking more than one language is a skill that everyone should have, and it always comes in handy. you can watch tv shows, movies or youtube videos in your target language, read beginner books, use apps (not duolingo though.. ) and even just listen to music!! just expose yourself to the language as much as you can, even better if you know anyone you can have conversations with. you could also learn sign language!!
journal or scrapbook - writing down your feelings really helps understanding your own self more. you can try doing shadow work to really dive deep, or just write whatever you feel in that moment. it doesn't have to become a chore, and remember, write for yourself and not as if someone else was going to read!! as for scrapbooking, just print out some nice photos and decorate the pages with stickers, drawings, fun colored paper.. whatever you want, just be creative!!
make art - it doesn't have to look perfect, remember that all art is beautiful in its own way. even if you think you're not good at it, just create, it will help you feel better & you'll also get better with time!! you can draw, paint, sculpt, do pottery, etc. you don't have to follow any guidelines, just buy a random sketchbook, bring out your inner child and do whatever you feel like doing
learn how to play an instrument - this can be a bit expensive, but if you have any instrument in your house that you've never used, it might be a great time to start learning it!! you don't necessarily need to take classes, you can easily find tutorials on youtube, even though it might be harder to learn by yourself. but making music is a really fun activity & good for the soul
reading and writing - i will never recommend reading enough !! everyone should read. it helps you learn new things, understand different perspectives, expand your vocabulary, and so much more. i know books can be expensive, but you can always try to buy them at flea markets, or ask a friend/family member to lend you some. and just in case, there are always some sites where you can read books online for free, like zlibrary!! you can read before going to bed instead of staying on your phone (which is sooo bad for your sleep), at the beach while tanning or outside while getting some fresh air. and if reading books inspires you, you can try to write something!! i'm not saying you have to write a 600 page book, but you can try to write small stories, or poetry, and who knows, someday you might actually write a book! if you want to get published, there are some small literary magazines you can find on social media that publish the works of small writers, it can be a great way to start. you can also always post your works here on tumblr, substack, or any social media platform!! you could also try to write the story for a movie and start screenwriting, if you're into cinematography
research interesting topics - now that school isn't forcing you to study things that maybe you don't care about, you can study whatever you want !! remember, knowledge is power, and with the internet, you basically have the world in your hands. you can watch a youtube video, read a book, or simply research on websites (make sure they're reliable though). you can also take online courses!! i might make a post on ideas for what to research??
start a new hobby - your life can't only be made of school/work, sleep, and a screen. you need hobbies that you actually like and that make you feel good. some of these can be: baking and cooking, crocheting, knitting, embroidery, jewelry making, nail art, makeup, photography, editing, blogging/vlogging, coloring, candle making, soap making, perfume making, modeling, origami, sewing, making diy stuff, chess, puzzles, acting, singing, flower arranging, meditating, lego building, trying new hairstyles or outfits, doing animations, discovering new music, sudoku, the things i previously wrote, and probably a million other activities i can't think of right now
stay active - moving you body is good for both your physical and mental health, i'm sure we all know that. you can go on walks or runs in the nature with your headpones on, or do any sport that you like- some ideas: swimming, dancing (ballet, hip hop, modern, ecc) , tennis, martial arts (judo, karate, taekwondo, ecc), volleyball, basketball, athletics, gymnastics, football, archery, fencing, table tennis, boxing, surfing, rowing, hockey, horseback riding, softball, golf, biking, figure skating, rollerblading, skating.. you don't need to do it competitively (unless you want to), as long as you're having fun and moving your body. you can also do workouts, like yoga or pilates, at home or outdoors, or go hiking.
watch movies, tv shows, or documentaries - it can always be a good learning experience, or just something fun and relaxing that isn't mindlessly scrolling. a bonus: after you've watched something, write a very long, detailed and in-depth review in your journal. you can also post it wherever you want (like letterboxd, to fight all the one liners)
hang out - with friends, family, or even by yourself !! (i know, i know, it can be scary). you can do anything, as long as you're with the right people everything is fun, but here's some ideas: have a picnic, go to the beach, go to a water park, have a baking contest, do temporary tattoos, go to a concert, go out to eat, do a one day trip, go on a road trip, take a walk in the nature, go hiking, go to a trampoline park, go to an amusement park, visit a museum, go thrifting or shopping, have a board games night, try out a new cute cafe or bakery, do an escape room, have a karaoke night, have a movie marathon, and so much more!!
i hope this helped!! ♡
Screen-Free Activities to Keep You Busy
I have a screen addiction, I won't lie. So, I thought about what hobbies or activities I could get into to keep myself busy and keep me away from my phone and computer.
Here's a list of hobbies/activities (that you could dabble into as well):
Free or low-cost hobbies/activities
Going on walks whether its at the park, at the mall, or around your neighborhood. A great way to get active and be outside. Invite a friend or family so you’re not alone.
Coloring books. All you need is a coloring book which you can find for cheap at the dollar store and a box of crayons (side note: crayons are so underrated, i love them!).
Puzzle books like crossword puzzles, word search puzzles, or sudoku. Again, you could find these for cheap and they're a fun way to stimulate your brain.
Visit a public library. Libraries are actually so cool and they offer a variety of free resources. I recommend exploring your local libraries if you haven't already.
Read. Get a book and read. You can literally borrow a book from the library or get some books at the dollar store.
Write. If you're a creative and imaginative person, write up stories. Even if you're not, write out your thoughts and feelings. Journal your day.
Make a zine. A zine is basically a mini magazine that can be about whatever you want and can be made however you want. It is so easy, all you need is a piece of paper and some art supplies. The great thing about zines is that they don't need to be perfect. You can find tutorials on Youtube.
Calligraphy. You can literally get a box of cheap markers and learn to do calligraphy. I used to do this a lot as a kid.
Draw or paint. I promise you do not need to be good at this to enjoy it. The art that I've enjoyed the most are the ones that were imperfect. What's important is that you're expressing yourself and having fun.
Yoga or Pilates. You can pull up a video from Youtube and get started. Technically, this does require a screen, but the benefit of this is you're getting active and calming your mind instead of mindlessly scrolling on social media.
Dance. Literally turn up some music, and start dancing like you're in the club lol. But on a serious note, find a tutorial of a choreo you like, and learn it.
Rock painting. Go outside, find some rocks, (clean them), and paint them. Now you have a cute little rock collection.
Volunteer. See if your local community has any volunteer opportunities. It’s free, and you get to do some good for your community.
Not so low-cost hobbies/activities
Crocheting. Make cute plushies, clothes, bags, etc. The possibilities are endless. Get creative.
Learn to sew. All you need is a needle and some thread. It's a helpful skill to learn so you can mend things like clothes and also alter clothes. If you get serious about it later and like to diy stuff, you can invest in a sewing machine. Like crochet, the possibilities are endless.
Clay trinkets. Make cute little trinkets or whatever else you want to make, it's up to you.
Do press on nails. Doing your own nails is fun and all, but press on nails is where it's at. It's fun, creative, and convenient. You can wear them right away, store them, and/or save them for later. Plus, it's satisfying to have a collection of them that you can put into a nail binder. It is a bit pricey with all the supplies but all you need are the basics to get started.
Play a sport. Get into a sport that you have an interest in. If you have friends or family that would be down to play sports with you, I highly recommend it.
Scrapbooking. Keep things like receipts or packaging from items that hold sentimental value to you and save them in a scrapbook for memories. Get creative with it too.
Instant cameras. To add on to the scrapbooking hobby, you can get a cheap kid’s instant camera to add photos to your scrapbook.
Rainbow Loom. I don’t know if anyone remembers, but it was basically a bracelet looming toy. You can create cool bracelet designs from rubber bands. They used to be really popular. It’s fun and cute. I recommend checking it out.
Go to a workshop. There are workshops for a variety of things like pottery, dancing, candle-making, and more. Find workshops near you, and explore and learn something new and valuable.
Okay, I can't think of anything else at the moment. This list is based off of things that I am personally interested in.
My suggestion to you is think about things you did or were interested in back then as a kid. Things that didn't involve a screen, things that you forgot you enjoyed doing, etc. Perhaps you can tap back into that.
Not only that, but try to get into things that you are too afraid to do. It could actually be fun, but even if its not, at least then you know its not for you.
💄✨ New in My Makeup Bag: Haul Time!
I just did a little beauty restock, and I’m so excited about everything I picked up! Here’s what’s new in my bag:
A powder palette that gives that flawless, photo-ready finish
A deeply hydrating primer (because skin prep is everything!)
A fixing spray to lock in the look and keep me glowing all day

And yes — even shaving sticks, because grooming is self-care too 😌💖
Each product feels like a little luxury — can’t wait to start playing with them all.
romanticize your boring routines⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ 🕯️
nobody talks about how healing it is to make your boring life beautiful. not aesthetic for the camera — beautiful for you. 🌷
your life doesn’t need to be loud to be meaningful. some of the most powerful glow-ups happen in the boring mornings, in the quiet evenings, in the in-between moments nobody claps for.
wake up and open the blinds even if you don’t feel like it. sunlight on your skin is free therapy. • make your bed like you’re tucking yourself into a soft, safe world. • drink your coffee slow like you have nowhere to be but here. • spray perfume even if you’re not leaving the house — smell expensive for yourself. • take your vitamins like you’re your own biggest investment.
you don’t need a reason to show up for yourself. breathing is enough. existing is enough.
play music while you clean your room — not because you have to, but because you're creating space for the person you’re becoming. • wear the cute lounge set. • match your socks. • put ice cubes in your water like you’re at a spa. • eat lunch on a real plate instead of out of the container.
move slowly. touch your life like it’s fragile glass, because it is.
romanticizing your life isn’t delusion — it’s discipline. it’s the decision to stop waiting for "better days" and make today better instead. it’s proof that even on days when nothing is happening, you are happening. 🌸
you don’t glow-up by wishing for a better life — you glow-up by showing up better for the life you already have. make the boring days beautiful. build the life that feels good even when nobody’s watching.
you’re the main character — act like it. 🕊️
𝓙ournaling tips 🧁☆
don't let social media be your only archive
first off, why should you start a journal?
not only is journaling a fun hobby that will keep you away from your phone for a while, it also helps you with getting to know yourself more, understanding your feelings and working on them. it is a way to keep your thoughts and memories written on paper forever for you to reread once you're older, and maybe you'll laugh at what seemed so important back then. personally, i have kept journals and diaries ever since i knew how to write, and trust me, it's worth it.
there isn't a specific way in which you should or shouldn't journal: after all, it is your space, and you get to choose how to organize it. but if you're feeling lost and don't know how to start, i can give you some ideas.
first off, pick out a journal and decorate it. you can paint it, cover it with stickers or fun colored paper, mark it with lip stains, or whatever you want. just have fun with it, and make it cute, that way you'll be even more inspired to write in it.
and now.. what do you write?
✩ the basics.
❥︎ " about me" page. who are you? what are your favourite traits in yourself, and what do you want to change? what do you like doing? what are your favourite things? your fav movies, books, shows, songs, etc. what makes you you?
❥︎ bucket lists. places you want to visit, things you want to do this summer, things you want to accomplish in a specific time, a to do list for each month and year, things you want to do with your friends, books to read, movies/ tv shows to watch, experiences you want to have, etc.
❥︎ wishlists. whether it's products, clothes, or non material things.
❥︎ quotes. things that speak to you, that motivate you or that you think resonate with you, who you are and who you want to be. scraps of some of your favourite books, poetry, a movie, or maybe just something you found on pinterest.
❥︎ goals and dreams. write down everything you want to achieve, even your wildest dreams that you think are unrealistic. plan out your dream life, you dream house, the person you want to be, and start to think of it as something that is not so impossible after all.
❥︎ affirmations. little daily reminders to keep you positive and motivated.
❥︎ letters. a letter to your future self, to your younger self, to your future kids, or to people in your life (friends, family, or even people you despise) to whom you can't say these things directly. maybe one day you'll send them.
❥︎ your playlists. your favourite artists, favourite songs of the moment, favourite lyrics, or your receiptify.
❥︎ movie & book ratings. after you watch or read anything, try to write a very detailed and in depth review of why you liked or disliked that specific thing, give it stars, etc.
❥︎ people you care about. a little intro to all your favourite people: friends, family, or even your pet. why you like them, how you met, your favourite traits about them.
❥︎ dreams. as in the dreams you have when you're sleeping. writing them down helps remembering more dreams in the long run, and you can also try to analyze them to find out your fears and ambitions through your subconscious.
❥︎ compliments. things that people said to you that warmed your heart, positive things you think about some people that you haven't said to them yet and compliments you wish to receive more.
❥︎ things that make you happy. every day, or week, try to find some things that made your day a bit better, even if it's small or "meaningless" things, try to practice gratitude and appreciate more the little joys in life.
❥︎ the people you look up to. whether it's someone you know in real life or a celebrity, write down what you admire about them, what aspects of their life or personality you want to include more in yours, and why they inspire you. or if you're jealous of someone, try to understand what is it that they have and you don't, to know what you really want.
❥︎ questions to your future self. it can be a couple months from now, or 10 years. just imagine how fun it will be to answer them once it's time, and look back on what the past version of yourself wanted to achieve and how they imagined you.
❥︎ habits. things that you wanna let go of, and others that you want to implement more into your life.
other than doing all the fun little pages, another thing that you should try doing is just writing down all your feelings. it doesn't necessary need to be a daily thing, i mean sure, you can do daily reports of things that happened, drama etc., but mostly just write when you need it, even if it's repetitive. especially when you're upset, writing down what made you sad and how you feel in that moment really helps you to feel better. whenever i'm anxious, or sad, i take out my little bedazzled journal and i start writing until my hand hurts about everything that's going wrong in that moment, and once i'm done i usually feel much more relieved. things that are left unsaid or unwritten only create a burden on yourself that becomes really hard to get rid of after a while, so it's important to let it all out when you need it. it helps you to organize all the messy thoughts in your head and remember how you felt in the past, so you can find patterns and connections that lead to the same feelings, to understand better their roots and meaning and start a healing journey.
other than just writing down everything you're feeling whenever you need it, to do a deeper analysis on yourself, especially those parts that you keep hidden and refuse to acknowledge, you can try doing shadow work. by answering some questions, you can bring out the truths that maybe you've ignored all this time because it felt easier to do so than facing them, and once you do, you can begin to understand yourself to a deeper level
some prompts☆
❥︎ who are you when no one is watching?
❥︎ what parts of yourself are you afraid to show others, and afraid that they will discover them? why?
❥︎ what are your biggest fears?
❥︎ what is the biggest lie you have told yourself? and the biggest lie you've told someone else?
❥︎ what are you ashamed of in yourself?
❥︎ what are you avoiding?
❥︎ how do you deal with your emotions?
❥︎ what do you need to let go of?
❥︎ what makes you feel jealous?
❥︎ what are your best and worst qualities?
❥︎ what are your core values?
❥︎ what makes you feel good?
❥︎ what is your definition of success? and failure?
❥︎ how do you define love?
❥︎ what would you do and who would you be if you weren't afraid or anxious? if there wasn't anything holding you back?
❥︎ what traits do you judge in others? why? do you think some of those traits reflect something within yourself?
❥︎ what patterns and behaviours from your parents/caregivers do you replicate in your own life?
❥︎ how do you respond when you make a mistake or fail at something?
a reminder: write for yourself, and not as if someone else was going to read. i promise that your journal won't think you're a loser if you talk about you emotions freely. i struggle with that too sometimes, but it's important that you remain honest with yourself, or the whole thing loses its purpose.
i hope that this helped with starting out your healing journey through journaling, but remember that ultimately it is up to you to decide how to organize it and go through with it!! after all, it is your personal journey
