I can believe so many people complaining about snow, especially in texas. I was born and raised in texas and if you get two inches of snow school canceled, work canceled. Now I love in colorado, it has to snow two feet before anything gets shut down. Whiners. *Edit* apparently there's a lot of people without power and water. Which suckssss! Didn't know this was how bad it was, just thought it was a lot of snow. But here's my final opinion. Whether or not your state is used to such weather, your government should have had a contingency plan.
