RISD GD 2018 Triennial Opening

Oct 4, 6pm, Woods Gerry

The Triennial opens up at Woods-Gerry Gallery on Thursday, Oct 4 at 6pm and lasts until 7:30pm. Come see and celebrate three years of work in the Department. More than 150 works will be on view until Sunday, October 14th at 5pm.

The installation will be from 9am until 5pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before the opening. If you can help the exhibition, please find attached google sheet and put your name, date and time!

Bonnie Siegler on the history of protest in America

Oct 2, 5pm, RISD Auditorium

Bonnie Siegler, author of recent books, Signs of Resistance and Dear Client, will give a survey of the ways designers and printmakers have shaped their messages of political dissent. Siegler runs the studio Eight and a Half and writes a column for Design Observer titled Dear Bonnie. The lecture is in the RISD Auditorium at 5pm and is open to everyone.
