Finally getting around to cobbling my thoughts together enough to make this.
This is an indie, private, and semi-selective blog for my galra OC Rocket. Whom I have been writing for since October 2016, this is my one and only blog though my url used to be galrasoldier-x7. I am a medium activity, kind of lurking sort of mun and prefer to write with mutual though anons and random asks are always welcome. I will not write with minors as I and my muse are 21+.
I have a lot of evolving headcanons for galra culture that I am attempting to post when they're coherent under the tag ~dossiers~ lore. If you have any questions about them feel free to ask.
I am very open to OCs, crossovers, AUs, and duplicates. You follow me and i'll check out your blog but personals need to verify that they're attached to an rp blog to pass muster. I need to see rules and an age or indicator that you're not a minor before i'm willing to follow.
I'm mobile only so formatting kinda isn't a thing for me, but feel free to do whatever you want with your replies! I do best with para or multipara threads as I can get very wordy and need the material to work with it.
The source material i'm working from is decently dark and I am a very dark writer in general, which I tame down for this blog. Please come to me with any triggers you have and I can compensate accordingly. Themes such as csa, grooming, violence, gore, torture, imperialism, racism, death, reproductive trauma, eugenics, and realistic depictions of mental illness are what I deal with. I will write smut but it will be tagged and put under a read more.
I'll be up front, i'm an aspiring romance writer and I tend to be a voracious shipper. I prefer to write chemistry, but, I can plot established dynamics very easily. Just let me know! I will note that I am a gay man and while Rocket is pansexual, he has a strong preference for men. Don't let that deter you to come in with female muses though. I am very flexible when writing Rocket as a character.
An important note, depiction is not support. I am transmasc, aspec, gay, and poc with ADHD and CPTSD. I will not tolerate racism, queerphobia, transphobia, ableism, or any other bigotry. That being said, do not come into my box/pms yelling about pro-ship shit, get out. I am a neutral party in the discourse surrounding pro-ship/anti-ship. My opinions are my own and I keep discourse off my blog and out of my life.
Above all of that, be respectful of my characters and my headcanon. No godmodding, no power playing, warn me if you're going to introduce violence into the situation. Feedback is always welcome but be kind. Let's make this a good experience.

Rocket turns just in time to catch sight of Raz, dropping the part he'd been cleaning in the process. He'd been taking apart a ship component that was overdue for maintaining and had taken to pacing while he was polishing and had begun singing to himself as well. Raz's music library was extensive and varied and this particular piece had been stuck in his head for movements.
"Enjoying the show were you? How long were you standing there?"
"That's fair. And honestly? Same. I just tend to spend my time learning or translating things instead."
He smirked at his question. "Just might, eh?"-he chuckled. "It should be good enough that they can't hear us... Though I could always kiss you to muffle your moans if it worries you~."-he teased.
Rocket wonders if he'll ever get used to the speed with which he flushes at any flirtation from his partner. He thankfully doesn't stutter or trip over himself like some freshly plucked kit at the implication of Raz touching him. He scoops up the components with a chuckle. "Don't distract me away from work with your wiles, my handsome fiend."
He backs his way out of the room with his and full, intending to return for the cleaning supplies once he's stowed the part he was just cleaning. Running his task list in his head to stay focused while he hums yet another song. He can't recall ever feeling this insane about someone he was with and he wonders if this is just how being in love is. He finds himself struggling to focus on anything that isn't Raz, not that he minds. He shakes his head to focus on his tasks and not on how he wants to do a number of things that involve Raz. He mutters under his breath to himself. "You have work to do, get it together."
Wow, life just keeps kicking my ass. This time it was a little too close for comfort. I'm not sure when i'll get to writing but i'm always open for chatting. Ask for my discord if you don't have it already.

Thought about doing something for mother's day but gods it got hectic.
Thought about doing something angsty because he obviously has a complicated relationship with motherhood. Both as a child who grew up without parents and someone who's experienced losses.
But also I thought about doing some fluffy baby stuff in the Scattered Seeds verse.
