The funny part is that once the helpme.file starts spreading, it will be spreading first internally to and then maybe from Barish-Estranza. To the rest of the companies it would look like the hack originated there, like Barish-Estranza hecked up really fucking bad in designing their secunits. It might even look that way to Barish-Estranza itself.

The Spanish version of the All Systems Red (Sistemas Críticas) Audio book is releasing on the 27th…. Can’t wait to listen to it for like the ninth time but this time to improve my language skills. Also the Spanish name for Murderbot is Matabot which is a good translation since it translates more or less to “Killbot.” But also “mataba” means “I used to kill” so it also sounds kind of like that which adds extra meaning to me… naming yourself “I used to kill” as a reminder of what happened… a reminder that it can’t happen again

Important addition:

“For fuck’s sake, Ratthi!” is translated as “¡No me jodas, Ratthi!”

“No me jodas” most literally translates to “don’t fuck with me,” but is used in slang to mean other things - here, I think it is used to mean “don’t piss me off,” which I think captures both the context and literal meaning very well
