Man, Go... Mango! [lhc open]

“Yes, you dropped a plate. And it surprised me,” Pranay nodded, filling in the gaps in the girl’s stuttering. “But I truly admire the initiative you took trying to fix things up. I mean, an absolute starfish on the beach thing, really.”
He picked up a slice of apple- Some sort of hybrid variation, a Fuji or something judging from it’s coloration. But before he bit into it, he looked down at the girl again.
“So, what’s your story then? Your thing,” He asked, gesturing to her general area with a circling of his finger before actually stopping to bite the apple slice in half. He left a pause in the air, before quickly adding to his sentence.
“Like, not in a hero way,” He quickly clarified. He suspected that if he wanted to keep his alias on the quiet, most of the other people in here did too. “Your job and stuff. I’m pretty sure you already know that I’m Pranay Indivar Singh, crown prince of Kerala and jewel of Arcadia high society.”
Even though he was sure that she knew who he was, some of the other people here apparently had found some really good housing under rocks, so it was best to make sure that they knew just how lucky they were to be trapped in here with him.
“If I had to guess,” He mused. “You’re a maid, perhaps? Cause of the cleaning, you know.”
Maybe not the kind with lots of cute frills and an apron, he reflected sadly, since it was definitely a style that he found that girls of all types could pull off very well in his opinion.
