Breakfast this morning! Saving some calories later for 4th of July BBQ. 1 cup of strawberries, turkey bacon and a large egg. 157 calories.

My breakfast today, this is around 300 calories and with that I am down to 205 lbs putting me at -15 pounds from when I started in January. :)

Breakfast! Oatmeal….. 2/3 cup dried oats, 1 cup of milk, 1 ½ tsp of coconut palm sugar and a couple of blueberries = around 360 calories. 👍👍

So excited! I am now at 211 pounds. I will be hitting the 10 pound mark soon and am so excited! My goal right now is to get to 200 pounds and although at one time I might of though that that was too much I am setting realistic goals! Plus, I plan on getting to 190 at least by May, which is when my cruise to the Caribbean is. Wish me not luck but the will power to to keep on going!
