Progress so far on dragon friend, plus a new (to me) word game, Pilfer by Merriam Webster. I also tried kombucha for the first time this week and I get it, it's actually pretty tasty. Going to try a brand with less added sugar next.

Went for a walk this morning after breakfast. Had overnight oats with raspberries and chocolate chips.

Transferred ash into keepsake jewelry for a family.

Had an emotional support cheeseburger for lunch.

Didn't work out when I got home but I did manage to get my car smogged. So that's a wash, right?

Ate some pasta salad, among other things today (including overnight oats, half a donut, mixed fruit, celery and hummus, and some bananas).
