Y’all I’m so embarrassed

I did the dumbest thing and I can’t believe I did it and feel like such a dumb bitch. I could really use the support of the community right now bc honestly I’ve never been so upset with myself and depressed about this. So basically I haven’t lifted anything for like a solid 2 years right? And yesterday I just finished a 10 hour shift after not sleeping the night before, I go to target and try to get some stuff and get caught. They didn’t call the cop and I was super compliant (however one of their security got too excited and grabbed my arm and tried to yank me which was NEVER NECESSARY bc I completely obeyed everything they asked of me and I even had to tell him he had to let go of me and had no right to put his hands on me. And after realizing that I was right his boss told him to let go of me) (also remember only cops have the right to literally grab you and drag you anywhere in most states) So after this they put me in a room and said they aren’t gonna call the police bc it was so low of an amount but a bill will come for about 30 bucks for trying to steal the items. They took my picture and a picture of my ID and said I can’t come back to that store for a year but they also gave me a piece of paper that said I can’t come back ever. So idk. But the whole was just really embarrassing and humiliating and I wasn’t being careful and I was being stupid and I feel like a total idiot for have gotten away with it for so long and this is what I get caught for. And probably what I’m most upset about is how they grabbed me when I wasn’t resisting at all. Idk it just felt very aggressive and unnecessary. But yeah that’s what happened bc I’m a dumb fucking CUNT
