I don’t know if the Mandalorian and the Tusken were using ASL when signing, but it’s pretty cool that the series cast a character who signs with an actor who signs, rather than “person waving hands around randomly” that’s used for a lot of fictional SFF sign languages.

I’m not very happy with what they did with Finn’s story.

You mean to tell me you had a story about a baby taken as a child and raised and indoctrinated by an evil cult in hatred and abuse who despite everything never becomes a killer for them and decides to do right only to find himself in the center of a great story and to top it off discovers HE IS FORCE SENSITIVE.
