Imagine how ragatha must felt. She shaved all the edges of her personality. She tried her best to make herself pleasant, agreeable, unbothering, supportive. Just so people would stay. Just so they won't put her down like her mom always did. And instead, everyone see her as part of the background at best, or try-hard and off-putting at worst.

And then you have jax. Someone who put no efforts into being likable. Someone who naturally drawn people in. Someone who's loved and cared for by multiple people.

And she has to watch him ruin it again and again. He pushed ribbit away. He pushed Kaufmo away. He pushed her away. And now she has to see him do it again with pomni.

Imagine how she must feel, seeing jax receive all the love and support she crave for, and still choose to sabotage everything, choose to make people feel awful for caring about him, when all she's trying to do is make people feel good and at ease. And she get nothing in return.

The tragedy of ragatha's character, is that she's an abused woman who put so much effort into making herself small and unproblematic, and instead of resolving it, the show itself treat her as furnitures, a mere accessory to further jax's development. Jax who proved for the last time that no amount of efforts will make him appreciative and responsive. That no amount of love will save him.

Ragatha was similarly abused. And she didn't receive a fraction of the love and care jax was given. But she has to live anyway.

Jax gave Gangle her name, as soon as she got into the circus, immediately depriving her of her choice, literally from the first minutes of acquaintance insulted, humiliated, blackmailed, made her feel like an inferior person, took advantage of the fact that she could not stand up for herself, intimidated, never apologized or felt guilty, and literally was not against taking advantage of her sexually.

You know, why did no one in the circus genuinely want to defend gangle? Like you see someone being constantly bullied and yet you just....kind of say "fuck off" every so often but allow her to continue. Why do they care so much about that purple bunny opinion and how she feels instead of wanting to check on the actual victim. Like imagine someone making your life hell and so your friends go to the abuser like "Hey I know your life is hard and maybe one day you can stop abusing my friend but I will be with you regardless because you're so traumatized :')" like jfc

When I saw that one hate post about gangle in episode 4 i realized that people will baby and defend you if you're autistic but the MOMENT you have any other disorder than autism and adhd they just kill you. Jax has keys everywhere, including other people's rooms. There's no way to lock him out. Jax wanted Gangle to be "submissive and agreeable". Jax sexually blackmailed Gangle (basically sextortion) by threatening to reveal the "figurine thing".

I think gummigoo was killed off because he's too much of a chad and made jax look worse in comparison. He's a big, strong, kind man who love his family and respect women, but still has an angsty side that made you want to comfort him. Imagine keeping the scenes pomni simping for chudjax's toxic ass when this yummygummy is right there 🤤
