Hey, y’all,
I’m in a major transitional period in my life. One of the things I’m phasing into is a new job (Yay! Super thankful). While I am already working, my new pay schedule is very different than what I’m used to; I won’t get paid until October 5th. I work a few side jobs in addition to my...
That Boy’s Sharp!
Meet Cory Nieves. The most stylish nine year old you’ve ever seen.
Cory Nieves is running a full-fledged cookie business. He’s the founder and CEO of Mr. Cory’s Cookies, his booming cookie business that he started in an effort to help his mom buy a car after moving from NYC to New Jersey in 2009.
And his GQ-approved sense of style is nothing to be played with! I see you Mr Nieves.

Love this kid!
People are giving Wilson money to thank him for killing an unarmed black teenager. Please report this to GoFundMe, as it violates their Terms of Service and they get 5% of the tens of thousands of dollars being donated. Click to report.

This is my message, in case you want to copy and paste:
Your Terms of Service prohibit “items that promote… hate, racial intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime.” Take a look at the comments that come with the donations on this page and tell me that doesn’t violate your terms. “Support Officer Wilson” is a thin veil for people rewarding Wilson for killing a black kid.
Because we America are better than this.
strolling through Martha’s Vineyard tomorrow, most likely at Nancy’s after his morning jog - please firmly, but gently remind him that we’ve got a U.S. territory - an entire city actually - currently occupied by a paratrooper militia and we could use his help, preferably in the form of an...
YES LAWD.
Normally we don’t get involved with private affairs, but the continued outpouring of grief, praise, remembrance, and love for Robin Williams we’ve seen on Tumblr has been staggering. He gave his gifts selflessly, and was a beacon of sorts to those of us who had a weird time figuring out how our energies and talents fit into the world.
Remember, if you’re struggling, there’s help. We love ya, Tumblr.
And goodbye, Robin. We love you, too.
Thank you Robin.
Days after Michael Brown’s death, Ferguson looks like a war zone
A vigil held for Michael Brown, an unarmed black teenager gunned down by Ferguson, Mo., police on Saturday in disputed circumstances, turned into what the media described as a riot on Monday evening.
But while national coverage has focused on the indisputably counterproductive violence and destruction committed by Ferguson residents during a moment of anguish, videos and photos taken from the scene show local police aggravating the situation as well.
Years of tension have reached a boiling point
It's time for a change America. It's time for a change.
I completely understand boo.
A Designer to Watch: Akiyoshi Kitaoka
Designs so sick, they'll make you sick.
Literally. They actually come with a health warning for dizziness, nausea and headaches on the creator's website.
Akiyoshi Kitaoka, a professor at Ritsumseikan University in Kyoto, has spent the last decade creating optical illusions inspired by our brain's reaction to signals from our eyes. Originally trained in animal psychology, Kitaoka was first inspired by watching monkeys respond to optical illusions while working at a neuroscience institute.
Check out the website for yourself. I actually can't post too many of these - I'm getting a headache myself - but this was just too cool not to share. If you want something a little less visually aggressive, but no less arresting, check out these optical illusions by French artist, George Rousse.
GET YOU SOME. COPPOLA x KUROSAWA
Quick trivia: The whiskey that these two legends are drinking, Suntory Whiskey, was also featured in Sofia Coppola's Oscar winning movie, Lost in Translation.
A few of our favorite things - and materials.
BOOM.
genius or mind numbing, it's a very thin line. Amusing, nonetheless.
