Logan nodded his head in agreement. Everything she said was true. “I can’t really deny that. I definitely have some issues.” He shrugged his shoulders, not really knowing what else to say.

“We all do, but what matters most is how we work through them, if we sit back and do nothing then however are we going to accomplish anything at all?” she asked curiously, raising an eyebrow at him.

Logan sighed but nodded his head.” You’re right. Just for me, hiding in the woods, running away from my problems has worked all those years. But maybe it’s time to stop running.”

Logan nodded his head in return before he sighed. “It is. But that doesn’t mean I am in control and that’s what scares me the most. Not being in control.” He sighed. He definitely had a problem. It wasn’t just that he hated that he had no control in wolf form, it was all the time in any situation. 

“Sounds like you’re definitely suffering with the whole self esteem then? Especially with the fearing about not being in control- you’re not trusting that inner self that’ll come out” she said softly, but then again to a degree she understood, she was scared of being a demon all the time.

Logan sighed and shook his head. “I don’t know. I just….I hate not being in control. I hate that I can’t choose. It just happens and there is nothing I can do.” He confessed.

The demon sighed and sat herself back, playing with her hair a little as she listened thoughtfully “And yet isn’t it a release being in wolf form though, like a months strength being released from you?”

Logan nodded his head in return before he sighed. “It is. But that doesn’t mean I am in control and that’s what scares me the most. Not being in control.” He sighed. He definitely had a problem. It wasn’t just that he hated that he had no control in wolf form, it was all the time in any situation.

Logan nodded his head, trying to believe that she really was gonna be fine. “Maybe. I don’t know. right now I am just anxious about the next full moon.” He shrugged.

“Well, what is it that you’re anxious about?” she wondered “Maybe talking about it could help you feel less insane about it all?” the demon wondered, taking a gentle sigh.

Logan sighed and shook his head. “I don’t know. I just....I hate not being in control. I hate that I can’t choose. It just happens and there is nothing I can do.” He confessed.

“You okay?” Logan asked softly as she cracked her back.  “No. It’s really not. It’s the worst shift you could imagine. I hate it everytime.” 

“I’ll be just fine…” she reassured, afterall she always had to be in the end. “You should learn to embrace it a little more, it might be less hard going if so?” she wondered.

Logan nodded his head, trying to believe that she really was gonna be fine. “Maybe. I don’t know. right now I am just anxious about the next full moon.” He shrugged.

Logan followed her gaze and could see the torn shirt, revealing some of her back. He nodded his head in understanding. “As I said it, I get to some extend. Sometimes I just have to turn too or it gets too much. It’s in our nature, so we can’t always fight it.” He said softly. 

Violet sighed and gave a stretch that cracked her back slightly, making a small noise as she did so. “I heard that you guys are forced to turn on the Full Moons, I imagine that can’t be too fun?” she wondered.

“You okay?” Logan asked softly as she cracked her back.  “No. It’s really not. It’s the worst shift you could imagine. I hate it everytime.”

Logan gave her a soft smile, when she started to turn back. “Nature sucks.” He joked back with a chuckle. “But just because it’s something they WANT us to be, doesn’t mean that’s what we HAVE to be.” 

Violet panted a little and then looked behind her when she realised her wings had torn the back of her shirt “It really does” she sighed, pushing a hand through her hair. “I can’t really fight it all too often….It’s why I still have to hunt when I can, otherwise bloodlust takes me over”

Logan followed her gaze and could see the torn shirt, revealing some of her back. He nodded his head in understanding. “As I said it, I get to some extend. Sometimes I just have to turn too or it gets too much. It’s in our nature, so we can’t always fight it.” He said softly.

Logan tried to give her and reassuring smile, placing his hand on her arm. “It’s okay. I get it. Maybe not all of it but I understand it’s hard not to lose it. It’s for me too sometimes.”

Violet panted a little, blinking a few times as she began to relax her features, her claws retracting, as well as her horns. “It’s just nature isn’t it? It wants us to be brutal killers….” she tried to joke.

Logan gave her a soft smile, when she started to turn back. “Nature sucks.” He joked back with a chuckle. “But just because it’s something they WANT us to be, doesn’t mean that’s what we HAVE to be.”

Logan could tell something was wrong. It looked like Violet was trying to keep control. “Hey. Violet. Calm down. It’s okay.” He tried to calm her, standing up from the couch. “Focus on me.”

Violet blinked rapidly and then took a breath, her eyes came down to Logan and her pupils relaxed from their dilated state and she took a soft breath “It’s really hard not to lose it…” she mumbled.

“I am a wolf. Big difference.” He pointed out, though he chucked indicating that he was only kidding. “I won’t.” He reassured her as he watched her intently. His eyes went wide when she turned. This was definitely more than he expected. “wow.”

“Still a dog of sorts” Violet teased, winking at him. Violet panted as she tried her best not to lose her cool, her demon nature easily coming out of her. The lower snarls coming from her, her claws digging into the sofa.

“I guess it’s not! I just like to whine.” He said with a chuckle as he sat down on the couch next to her. “So kind of you.” He teased back. “I want the whole thing. The whole experience.” He laughed.

“Well, you are a dog so that makes sense to me” Violet laughed, shaking her head at him. The woman then gave a shaky sigh and swallowed thickly “I-…” she then nodded “Just don’t panic” she coached before she then suddenly grew out huge black feathered wings, large horns, red eyes, claws and fangs. A loud snarl coming from her, the lights in the apartment flickering as she did so.

“Enough with my sob story.” He said with a light chuckle leaving his lips. He didn’t like getting too emotional about stuff. “Oh yeah? Let me hear your growl then.” He said teasingly.

“It’s hardly a sob story…” The brunette then patted the seat on the sofa “This time I’ll allow dogs up on my furniture” she teased “Oh no, are you sure you want to? How much degree of a growl do you want, just a standard? or with the fangs, wings and horns?” she teased.

"I guess it's not! I just like to whine." He said with a chuckle as he sat down on the couch next to her. "So kind of you." He teased back. "I want the whole thing. The whole experience." He laughed.

“Well, that I get, sure…” Violet nodded, before she then gave a playful laugh and held up her hands “Hey hey! It works for my kind!” she defended.

“You don’t have to be one…But you need to at least remember that you’re stronger than all they are.” Violet sighed, shaking her head. “All you have to do is growl at another” she added. “Maybe you should.”

“Maybe I will someday. It’s hard to remember being someone you never were.” He said, another shrug following his words. He chuckled lightly at her words. “Right. Growling is gonna put some fear in them.” He joked.

“But you could do it, you’re an Alpha wolf, you’re not showing that by running all the time” Violet pointed out, offering a smile to him, wanting him to see the life he could have against him. “You weren’t looking it before. So concern is staying for now”

“I might be an Alpha by blood, but I don’t know if I can be one. I don’t know if I can be a leader. I don’t wanna fight with anyone about my territory or anything else. I just wanna live my life.” He said with a light shrug, a sad look on his face. “I’ve never had anyone worry about me before.”

“You don’t always have to run, a wolf can’t run all it’s life and it has to have a break, otherwise it wears itself out- misses out on crucial living” The demon said simply “You’re making me concerned, Wolf Boy”

Logan nodded his head. “I know that. But for right now that’s the way it is. It’s not that easy building a life on nothing.” He said with a shrug, finishing his pizza. He shook his head. “No need to get worried. I’ll be fine. I always am.”

“All good…” Violet laughed, wrinkling her nose softly at him. “And you don’t have any money to buy some? Stupid question I imagine” she admitted, stretching herself out a little. “Yes, you are for now…But if you don’t keep on top of that”

Logan shook his head at her question about money. “No. I don’t have any money, nor a job to get money. It’s not that easy being on the run.” He said with a shrug. “But I’ll be fine.” He said with a nod of his head. “Eh I think it’s still gonna be a while until that happens so I’ll be fine.” He chuckled, smirking lightly at her.
