all the time i remember just how ingrained patriotism is ingrained in comics and always has been and how it's an industry dominated by conservative writers and the occasional liberal and. and i also realize that if it weren't for the fact that this genuine belief in these ideals produced such human characters amid a mass production of 'neutral' media meant to be easily commercialized by not expressing clear and honest sentiments that i can't help but care about them even if they're the reflection of distorted ideals and usa propaganda and. i want to cry.

first day of the new cat

- almost strangled herself to try and jump through the protective net. off the second floor.

- used my mom's wall plants as a ladder

- jumped on top of my fan and tried to climb my wardrobe. proceed to almost tear my finger off when i stopped her

- spent the whole day under the bed

- dragged the food bowl under the desk so she could eat away from me

2 months old. she wants me dead. i love her
