Why write? 

Is it to help people? Is it more to help yourself? Maybe it is both. I write, so that I can better understand the world around me, and I can help solve my own problem. Even though I am not successful it is good idea to formulate thoughts. Write for myself as a passion not for anyone else...

How do you promote yourself online?

1) Look for the right Social Media site or app. The app or site you use will target a specific age group and demographic of people. For general population you would choose facebook. For more tech savvy people you would choose something like discord. To target younger audience you would use apps like instagram, or  tiktok.

2) Have a specific schedule of when you will post. Also keep generating ideas. Keep the videos or writings flowing. People will unfollow if they think you have disappeared.

3) Talk with the people. Connect with them one on one. Show them you have a heart beat and are not some robot running automatic scripts. 

4)Always be providing value and don’t advertise too much. People will get sick of you. 

5)Don’t fall for fake marketing. Pay attention to reality and what is happening around you. See how you can turn that thing into something positive.

6) If you choose to make videos, make sure the videos are really amazing, but if you choose to do writing then stick with writing. Don’t flip flop from one medium to the next. Just stick with one medium and master it.
