Jason Jones talks to a Russian woman protesting against Russia’s anti-gay laws.
This is one of my FAVORITE quotes. 😭
JOAQUIN PHOENIX DID THAT!
Anyone else still pissed that dumb & dumber gave us Tyrion arranging damn chairs around instead of actual meaningful Starkling scenes. It angers me to think of it, like, fuck Tyrion getting everything he wanted in the end... We wanted to see our favorite wolves bonding, for closure.
Instead we got a smug arrogant Tyrion who should've been led out by an angry mob.I can't believe he'd get away with all that he has done. No way would the people of Westeros want him as hand of the king.
It really bothers me that Jon Snow from 806 will be the lasting impression people will have of him. TV Jon will be dogged for the rest of time, and I’ll have to hear valid critiques and jokes and censures towards this character.
Those writers really did that to him, turned him into that. Two seasons of him gradually going from Jon Snow to Jim Frost, or whoever the fuck he became, because that wasn’t the guy I started reading when I was 15 or 16. That’s not the man I started watching in the pilot episode.
Stripping him of everything he was to service one character, the abusive tyrant Danakin, and a plot twist, will never not bother me. Making him justify her murdering him if she wanted or her decision to murder a million civilians will always, always grate on me. They really did that to him. Christ.

If you are an adult who identifies with the concept of Gifted Kid Syndrome and:
You have an unusually intense reaction to the concept of rejection, whether personal, professional, or academic
You have consistent trouble meeting deadlines
You have big dreams and ambitions that are completely achievable, but you consistently can’t take steps toward achieving them and you don’t know why
You procrastinate, like a lot
You like video games, like a lot
You switch seemingly at random between binge watching your favorite shows for absurd lengths of time or not being able to sit down and focus on them unless you’re doing something else at the same time
You cannot for the life of you keep your living area clean and organized
You struggle with substance dependencies, whether with alcohol, tobacco, weed, harder drugs, or even just caffeine
You struggle with texting/calling/emailing back, even for people you care about deeply and/or even for important deadlines
Please, please, please consider seeking out an ADHD evaluation.
I’m not a psychiatrist or any kind of a medical professional, but personally I can’t help but notice how many elements of what I was perceiving as personal failures before my diagnosis stem directly from my executive dysfunction. Meds and an adequate support system can make a world of difference!
Just some advice from your friendly neighborhood nonbinary-mom-friend blogger!
...these are all seriously signs of ADHD?
You’re kidding
Not even a little bit.
Sansa Stark: YouTube AU
Youtuber Sansa Stark vlogs about sewing, making dresses, and other crafts that struck her fancy. Sometimes she talks about her dog and her family, other times she discusses local politics and gossips. Her views always jump whenever Jon pops in her videos. Her followers seem to think that they're a couple.
They're cousins though.
Inspired by this fic by @ladystarks
Castle of Grazzano Visconti
Can y’all believe Jon Snow did the classic romantic trope of “One Last Look Before Leaving” to Sansa Stark twice and never once to the supposed love of his life? Isn’t that wild? Like, you’re gonna give me “One Last Look Before Leaving” from Jon to Sansa twice and expect me not to react to that?
Just sway…

Writing is not always writing.
Writing is being on the train and mentally seeing your OCs stumble into other people, or flinching away from the germ-ridden handrails, or sleeping on each others’ shoulders.
Writing is hearing a song on the radio and watching one of your scenes play out to the lyrics.
Writing is laying on your floor or sitting by your computer and spending hours collaging newspaper clippings or pictures or people or plants together and making something that is completely, uniquely, your story.
Writing is drawing your characters in your notebooks, and making tea only your one, picky character would drink, and writing an open letter to all your characters just to remind them you love them.
Writing is moodboards, and playlists, and crafts, and asks, and prompts, and pictures, and memories, and you.
So never think that just because you’re not putting words on a page, you’re not a real writer. Writing is something that follows you everywhere, beyond the word document, and beyond the screen.
Because writing isn’t something you do. It’s something you are.
